Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs

The New York Times and Washington Post are promoting a group called the "Coffee Party" organized by filmmaker Annabel Park.

"We're not the opposite of the Tea Party," Ms. Park, 41, said. "We're a different model of civic participation, but in the end we may want some of the same things." ....

Ms. Park and chapter organizers said they would invite Tea Party members to join their Coffee counterparts in discussions. "We need to roll up our sleeves, put our heads together and work it out," she said. "That's, to me, an American way of doing this."

The Coffee Party is phony, the hype is phony, their stated goals are a lie to hide their real agenda ... in short, they are just a typical left-wing political organization.

But, guess what?

The so-called "spontaneous" "grassroots" Coffee Party movement is all the work of an activist from the Obama campaign, who also worked for the New York Times.

Once again the New York Times demonstrates journalistic integrity.

Well, the name ACORN is taken..whadda we call this group? The Beechnuts?

Too many syllables. "Nuts" is good enough

This all makes sense when you put this together with Pelosi's $100K Liquor tab and Obama's doctor telling him to quit smoking and drinking.

""Nuts" is good enough

Wow. Get out of that closet much?

Not nearly enough, apparently...

TMI bro. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I was assuming that pair of tit's Goatman linked to was in the closet..

I never click on his links. They're not very....original.

It would be remiss of me to avoid this thread, probably being among very few "right-wingers" who stood behind this movement.

I was incorrect in assuming that it could not be a pro-Obama creation. The message had a non-Obamaite (anti-corporatist) ring to it.

Our message to Congress: You work for us, not for corporations. We hired you and we get to fire you. We pay you and give you great health insurance. Now get to work serving the interests of the American people, or get out.

Anyone who wants our government to function in the interest of ordinary Americans, not corporations, is welcome to join this movement

The "tweets" seem to indicate she is still a fake leftist as much as most of the Tea Partiers are pro-establishment as well (if right), pro-war, police-state neo-cons.

"In fact, a simple internet search (which the NY Times apparently is not capable of doing) reveals that Park organized the Coffee Party for the specific purpose of undermining the Tea Party movement."

DUH!

...and Obama's doctor telling him to quit smoking and drinking.

You really don't bestir yourself to learn anything much beyond what the Looneysphere tells you to "think," do you? Read the physician's report - www.whitehouse.gov - it's just a little more than 2-pages long, so this won't take you more than a week or two.

You do your cause, whatever waste of time that happens to be, no service by distorting information you're either too lazy or too stupid to access.
