Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs
Tuesday, February 23, 2010

The most wanted terrorist in Iran had his flight forced down over Iranian airspace and he was arrested.

This person was responsible for creating bad relations between Iran and Pakistan as Iran said his group used Pak territory for attacks inside Iran.

Following Iranian requests, Pakistan and Iran cooperated in ending this group's (Jundalla) activities.

This arrest was also the result of ISI giving Iranians pinpoint info on this fellow.

People here on DR often ask "what are we doing in Afghanistan?"

THIS is what America is doing in Afghanistan. Trying to fuck with Afghanistan's neighbors and playing them off against each other.

Well, you can only play THAT game for so long...

I took this pic of today's DAWN.

Extradition of Abdolmalek Rigi's brother Abdolhamid Rigi by Pakistani authorities to Iran in June 2008 was the highlight of cooperation between the two countries on the contentious issue of Jundallah.

National Assembly Speaker Fehmida Mirza, during her recent trip to Tehran, had disclosed at a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki that a number of Jundallah militants were arrested in Pakistan and extradited to Iran.

The CIA will never be as good as the ISI.... go fuck yourselves.

Good show.

Intelligence Minister Heydar Moslehi said Rigi had been in a US military base in Afghanistan 24 hours before his arrest, was carrying an Afghan passport supplied by the United States and had earlier visited European countries, state-run Press TV reported.

The Iranian minister's claim was dismissed by Washington as "bogus."

It was not immediately clear how Iranian authorities were able to seize the leader of the shadowy rebel group from the flight en route between Dubai and Kyrgyzstan.

But an official at Manas airport in Bishkek told AFP on condition of anonymity that the plane was forced to land.

"While over the territory of Iran a flight from Dubai to Bishkek with 119 passengers onboard was forced to make an emergency landing by military bomber aircraft," the official said, adding that "a number of foreign passengers were forcibly removed."

Jundallah confirmed its leader's arrest on Tuesday in a statement on the blog junbish.blogspot.com.

"The leader was arrested with the help of the CIA, and Afghan and Pakistani intelligence services," it said.

With the help of the CIA? LOL

Of course, Jundalla would say that.
