C

If I grade him based on the rational world that we live in, not because he's president, but as a person = B.

If I grade him on the irrational world of politics, I would give him a D, because he has failed to persuade, or to learn how to play the game, even though his argument is passionate and has some popularity.

If I grade him on doing exactly what every other president has done, I give him an A, which in my mind is a complete failure, so I give him an F.

Not even John Wayne could have looked good waiting for us to come out of the recession that was in place when Obama took office, so he doesn't get counted off for that. The other side of that coin is that when the economy is in the shitter, it can't go anywhere but up so he will get no extra credit when it improves.

Grade = C

For the actual job he has done under impossible circumstances, a B.

For meeting the expectations of those who worked hard to put him where he is, a D-.

For pissing off the racist assholes by being the first black American President, an A+.

For finally starting to make the Republicans look like the lying hypocrite scumbags they are, a solid B+.

Overall, a C.

If he can pull a public option health care plan out of his hat, I'll raise that to a B.

Just looked at the results so far for the poll. Overwhelming F's so far.

Right wing blogs are all atwitter with 'get over to the CBS poll...'.

I gave him a D at the end, and found I was higher than the vast majority. Really sad. Not even a Fox News thing.

Hey dogshit,

We don't care what a bunch of rejects from Merde Munching GOP blogs posted on some other site.

Have the balls to report what YOU think HERE. On this thread. One 'tard, one vote.

It is the Democratic Way!!!

unanswerable. it all depends on what you think this country's goals should be. i border on libertarian, so i think he's an D in terms of meeting what i think our goals ought to be.

i do admire his smarts, the way he handles himself in trying to implement his agenda. i just don't like his agenda. i do think he'd rather be an "effective" 1-termer than a figurehead 2-termer, which i also admire very much.

however, if you're a moderate democrat, he's probably got an A or a B for moving much closer on big issues than others historically have. if you're a progressive, you probably give him a D for not moving fast enough when you have all the votes.

Overall, I would give him a 'B'. Would have been an A had he repealed "don't ask/don't tell", and been more careful in the background screening for appointees. As for healthcare, the battle is not yet over. As for the economy, not his fault in the least ( - in fact but for his actions the crisis would have been MUCH worse.) As for Terror, I trust that he and his admin are now on top of it even if they weren't at the very beginning.

It's an interesting question really. I am disappointed in Obama. I think his party threw him under the bus having cashed in on his political capital with the election. I think he was a victim of his own ambition. I am sure he was sincere in trying to do all of what he promised. He just bit off more than he could chew. Having said that I give him a D. I believe he is below average and am giving him the benefit of the doubt. I believe I am also being very generous.

I think President Obama has been so far less impressive than I had hoped but, like FDR, like JFK, I believe he will become the president I believed he would be during the next several years.
Show me a great president and I'll show you a president who stumbled during his first year or even two years in office.

That almost needs quotation marks.

Obama: "Um, good solid B+....Well B+ because of the things that are undone. Health care is not yet signed. If I get health care passed we tip into A minus."

ROFLMAO

LOL.

Ya reckon?

One 'tard, one vote.

OK, 'tard...you claim to give him a "C" yet you didn't participate in the poll at the top of the page? There's been 0 votes cast for "C". Cast your vote, 'tard....

Yeah, a bit of an understatement, but you know how slow libs are to learn...

For pissing off the racist assholes by being the first black American President, an A+.

For finally starting to make the Republicans look like the lying hypocrite scumbags they are, a solid B+.

Overall, a C.

If he can pull a public option health care plan out of his hat, I'll raise that to a B.

You're like Danni, in that you only have two posts. You're unlike Danni in that you are hateful and vulgar, while Danni is narrow-minded and dull.

You're a genuine Internet Tough Guy.

BTW, thanks for the 'racist' reference. You once again fulfill Vernon's Law.

I gave him a D.

Before you get your panties in a twist, I'd give Bush an F-.

Axe is mad because Obama sucks, and everyone knows it except him.
ROFL!

This is from this thread,
A, 1 votes (11.11%)
B, 1 votes (11.11%)
C, 0 votes (0%)
D, 3 votes (33.33%)
E, 0 votes (0%)
F, 4 votes (44.44%)

It looks like only the few braindeadest leftards still support Barry.

I gave the communist banker puppet liar an F, because there wasn't any lower score than that to give him.

A, 1 votes (9.09%)
B, 2 votes (18.18%)
C, 1 votes (9.09%)
D, 3 votes (27.27%)
E, 0 votes (0%)
F, 4 votes (36.36%)

When you subtract the inevitable and ubiquitous 28% of idiots that show up in every poll, and who usually vote for fascist tactics, this poll comes out almost exactly like one would expect.

I guarantee you that if you used the term 'the office of the presidency over the last 40 years' in exchange for 'Obama', the agreeable totals would be much less.

When you subtract the inevitable and ubiquitous 28% of idiots that show up in every poll, and who usually vote for fascist tactics, this poll comes out almost exactly like one would expect.

Bwahahaha... said like a true AGW promoting scientist: If the data doesn't support your position, adjust it until it fits the outcome you want.

Tough to know what grade to give him. When I was in college, I got an "F" in Data Structures and Mainframe Programming.

But I at least tried.

A B on the economy. You cannot undo the Bush mess in a mere year.

A D-minus on the war. You don't get peace by escalating combat.

A C-minus on health care. You don't get that by giving away the store.

A B-minus on social issues. A little more REAL action would help.

Over-all, a C. I expected a B, maybe a B-plus, in supporting him. So far I feel a little betrayed, as if the tea baggers won without firing a shot. And the tea baggers won't be happy anyway until he turns white. herm

Danni "believes"! Imagine that. Danni " er uh he sux right now but.... I believe he will be the president I belived he would be". Hilarious Danni.

Obama has been a failure thus far. He could turn it around if he would start being practical. The country wanted and wants change. A change in tone from Washington and a change from the standpoint that every decision made is not calculated based on the next election cycle. But, just like Gibbs poking fun at Sarah Palin (a citizen) he and his amdin are as small minded and petty as any person in Congress. If he were not so petty he would show the country he is more concerned about actual solutions than arguing or proving he can "one up somebody". In the end he will continue to play petty politics b/c he has a inferiority complex and must always and I mean always try to bully any oposition.

Wow, an online poll! So scientific!

Obama is still the better choice over McCain. I wonder how many wish McCain were President, and what they think he would have done differently. The only poll that counts comes in 2012.

Well boOb, I must admit McCain sucked, and ran a shitty campaign IMO

Current Numbers (Sunday night)

Overall -
A: 2.69%
B: 3.45%
C: 4.13%
D: 25.75%
F: 63.98%

It's interesting to note that there were great variances among the individual questions, meaning that there was at least some consideration, and not just meaningless ideological button pushing.
