Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.) and his daughter, Ayla, say they're serious about their proposal to play hoops with President Barack Obama at the White House.

And now the father-daughter team is taking it a step further: They'd like the option of opening the game up to the public in order to raise money for Haiti.

"I think it'd be really fun. I was thinking why not charge admission. It'd be a really good game knowing me and my dad we're very competitive and give all the proceeds to Haiti," Ayla Brown said Monday in an interview with ABC News.

Seriously, would the O-man stand a chance?

If I were Obama I think I'd say "sorry, got real work to do and so do you Sen. Brown. When you want to start actually working for the people instead of just playing partisan obstructionism then come talk to me." Frivolous games can be fun but not with people who would gladly watch Americans lose health insurance, jobs, homes for the sake of partisanship. If Brown isn't going to be a part of that he needs to step up and let it be known.

Damn, Danni. I'd hate like hell to be as bitter as you seem to be. Don't you ever look at anything outside the prism of partisanship? Nevermind answering that, as we all know you don't.

Great. Another fucking Gut-troll.

What's a Gut-troll?

A retarded fatass who quacks about why can't you be "non-partisan" but only if you're a lefty.

I didn't know that you considered Danni to be a retarded fatass, but, hey, maybe you actually know her. She's the one who brought "partisanship" into a discussion(if one comment can be labeled as such) about a basketball challenge for charity.

If I were Obama I think I'd say "sorry, got real work to do and so do you Sen. Brown.

I'm sure Obama can stand to skip a game of golf for a friendly basketball game.

Live or Die-
If the Republicans bail on the health care summit, as apparently their brilliant ideas evaporate in front of a camera and microphone, maybe Obama can pencil Brown in.

Great. Another fucking Gut-troll.

hahah! G'night, Gut-troll.

Brown said he was going to Washington to be the 41st vote to uphold Republican filibusters. Fuck him and his obstructionist friends, when you put party above country you shouldn't expect the other side to be polite and friendly.

Actually, bully to Brown!

I am sorry, girlfriend. Your personal political agenda is out-of-step with a majority of America.

Think about it.

Take one of the bluest states in America, tie to that the emotional legacy of replacing Edward Kennedy (a liberal icon) and in the period of 1 month a 30-point lead was erased to a 5-point loss primarilly on the plank of opposing Obamacare! This is almost unfathomable; yet it happened.

For the most part you present and argue your advocacies very well. However, your views are still at odds with a majority of Americans.

Brown floats a notion in the press that he wants to up the optics of his hoops session with Obama by making it a charity gig with proceeds going to Haiti?

Shrewd move.

If Obama sez Yes he's hooped because Brown will have been seen as having successfully manipulated the event to his benefit.

If Obama sez no he's hooped cos it looks like he doesn't really care about Haiti.

a 30-point lead was erased to a 5-point loss primarilly on the plank of opposing Obamacare!

He faced a weak candidate and the reality that because Mass already had Obamacare Plus in effect fer it's citizens the Obamacare scenario was seen rightly or wrongly by the people of Mass as being a lose/lose proposition for them as a state in that they'd pay for it without receiving any additional benefits.

Hardly a slam dunk case against people wanting Health Care Reform.

In fact, the majority are still in favor of HC reform but many now recognize that the Bills that have come out of the house and the Senate are watered down, weakened and filled with pork fer the industry.

It's still better than nothing or maintaining the status quo albeit just barely.

Pretty hard to argue against the need for real health care reform, in fact.

Be Well.

So, Brown's representing the wishes of his state?
