Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs

Classmates and teachers are raising money so a Fulshear, Texas, teen can tackle a "bucket list" of things she wants to do in the year she's expected to survive with Ewing's sarcoma cancer. "Get out and live," said Carly Davis, 16, whose first item on the list is to see a volcano in Hawaii. "Don't bother yourself with the little tiny problems. Don't waste time."

More proof that either there is no God and if there is he is a real mother fucker that deserves to be shit on.

He, alone and NOT ME, or anyone else, will humble you Jackass, HE God alone "Himself" will show YOU personally, HE is boss and you don't accuse and demise His Name, and his God-head, please acknowledge, He will not take your words lightly...

JACKASS, if there is indeed proof of no God, you would be it. Being an atheist, you can only blame your strange meaness on yourself. I advise you to cover yourself with nuts and whipped cream and call yourself a sundae. It may be your last chance to find meaning.

Hmmm ya know the Nick show ICarly should do something for her. Great publicity and would really help her "fill her bucket"

Millions of people aspire to be something different and better than just another asshole. That's why atheism will fail, at least the asshole faction.

That's why atheism will fail...

???

fail at what? Their non-belief in god? What, one day everyone will suddenly believe in god? That's the only scenario I can envision atheism failing.

It may be your last chance to find meaning.

What is your obsession with "meaning," zed? Are you equally infatuated with other pointless contrivances of idle human minds?

He, alone and NOT ME, or anyone else, will humble you Jackass, HE God alone "Himself" will show YOU personally, HE is boss and you don't accuse and demise His Name, and his God-head, please acknowledge, He will not take your words lightly...

Ugga bugga bugga...

Good for Carly. I truly hope that she can make the best of the time she has left.

What a great kid. Heartbreaking to think she's going through all this at only 16.

Life ain't always fair, is it.

"The Bucket List" with Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman is a good movie.

He will not take your words lightly...

He better not take my words lightly. A whole lot of people have died needlessly in his name. He will have to answer to the masses. Belief in him breeds stupidity. One must only look at Nanc for proof of that.

So is Kopi Luwak. A friend and I split the cost of 200 grams of it. I was surprised how tasty it was.

Was it nutty?

It's the civet shit that makes it tasty, I hear ...

It's the civet shit that makes it tasty, I hear ...

But oddly enough, it didn't taste shitty. It was very mellow, yet robust (I know that makes no sense at all, sorry. LOL) But seriously, it was quite tasty. But we paid $65 for 200 grams. A once in a lifetime splurge, for sure.

Your post is contradictory. You say belief in him breeds stupidity. Yet you give him enough belief to challenge and pose a threat to God. So are you stupid, or are you really stupid?

If I ever have the chance I'll try it. Had just about every other kind of coffee on the planet.

(whispered): "Hey man, let me try some of that shit.."

Dave's not here.

Was it nutty?

Somewhat.

I've heard that it is nutty/earthy. Kind of like mushroom coffee.

"Earthy" is a good adjective to describe Kopi Luwak.

I'm glad I tried it. As I said, it was expensive and probably a once in a lifetime thing, but it is one less thing on my own bucket list

(I still have the fjords to see. Slartibartfast and I are working on that one)

"What's your obsession with meaning....?"

I dunno. What do you get from telling people they shouldn't want to find something many apparently want and need very badly?

Sourly silly, Dr. Killjoy. Depressively irrational.

"Belief in Him (Jesus) breeds stupidity...."

But you, bless your heart, just have a natural talent for it. What independent good fortune.

Atheism fail? Maybe what I really mean to say is that JACKASS will fail. If he'd ever define what it is he thinks he's doing, we'd have some benchmark to see.

Ah, life without meaning. Among other things, that suggests life without value, which is nothing more than another word for meaning.

In that case, I want you record collection. Your need to possess it is a mere contrivance of your idle mind. I promise to appreciate it more than you have.

After that, I want a look in your refrigerator.

Zed, do you have anything to fall back on beside lame attempts at deflection? Somehow I doubt it.

Zed I believe the life of a conservative has no value. Take what you want of theirs.

"Do you have anything to fall back on but lame attempts at deflection...?"

Sure. To the extent you think the lives of some of your neighbors have no value, that's pretty sick.

Of course, you often say things just because. That's pretty sick also.

Sure. To the extent you think the lives of some of your neighbors have no value, that's pretty sick.

Actually, that's one of your many strawmen. Intellectual honesty is not one of your strong points.

Or were you talking to Jackass?

"Zed I believe the life of a Jew has no value...."

No, that's not exactly what you said. But you're usually bright enough to take my point.

"Actually, that's one of your strawmen...."

Actually, it's what you just asserted.

More proof that either there is no God and if there is he is a real mother fucker that deserves to be shit on.

Explain how it matters IF god exists?

I'm surprised I have not heard "healthcare" attached to this story on this blog. It's hypocritical that people want "reform," or "change," but don't want it to affect them. Change is internal. To let the gov direct our actions is to be sheep for the slaughter. It starts with our own actions within our own communities.

It may be your last chance to find meaning.

Who says life is supposed to have meaning?

Did you find god through a haze of bong smoke or something?

At the bottle of a whiskey bottle, perhaps?

People who search for the meaning of life, miss the life going on around them.

He, alone and NOT ME, or anyone else, will humble you Jackass, HE God alone "Himself" will show YOU personally, HE is boss and you don't accuse and demise His Name, and his God-head, please acknowledge, He will not take your words lightly...

Remember folks, this is the same turd who wants interracial marriage banned.

Funny to hear someone push the word of god, all while wanting to keep people with different skin color from marrying.

"Who says life has to have meaning....?"

Oh, just people. You remember them.

"People who search for the meaning of life miss the life going on around them..."

A slogan of some sort. Having observed countless persons missing the life going on around them because they find no meaning, also silly.

I appear to have confounded ZOMBIE for JACKASS at times above. Sorry about that. But I do find the tenor and tone of their posts remarkably similar.

Who says life shouldn't have meaning? Seems at least as valid a question as the converse.

To let the gov direct our actions is to be sheep for the slaughter. It starts with our own actions within our own communities.

do you realize how stupid you are? Ask a sr citizen about being lead to slaughter through medicare.

you are too fucking dumb to be a us citizen, please leave our great nation. your stupidity is effecting the health and welfare of the rest of us.

Life has "meaning," but it's one you create yourself.

Thanks a lot for telling me how stupid I am. Maybe I'll think next time. Anyway, I don't need to ask a senior citizen about medicare. My healthcare is through the VA. As such, I think my opinion holds more weight than your "attacks." Thanks for trying to fill me in though. You really put me in my place. You are a typical American whiner who doesn't deserve his balls because you never use them. Stick your fucking head back in the sand and let the grownups talk. I was speaking generally about many things that are leading the US to destruction, not just heathcare. I would never trust anyone like you in a position of any responsibility. By the way you should have used the word "affecting" not "effecting."

Life has "meaning," but it's one you create yourself.

I've said it before about Zed. There's no one so self-righteous as a former atheist.

Oh, just people. You remember them.

People or people who need life to mean something rather than just accepting that life is.

A slogan of some sort. Having observed countless persons missing the life going on around them because they find no meaning, also silly.

Not a slogan. Probably something I heard someone say once, but couldn't put my finger on the author/speaker for citation.

It's not that I don't find any meaning of life. It's that it doesn't matter because life means what you want it to. If you want to find your meaning from a thousand year old work of fiction, that's fine. Billions of people do the same thing with other, newer works of fiction, every day.

Just stop trying to pass it off as if you've discovered the real way to get rich in 30 days.
