Well, Glory Be!!!! Finally charges are brought against the CEO of BOA. AIG should be next. Then GM. then we can get down to real business.

Why are all the righttards foaming at the mouth about Iran? When N Korea is a much bigger threat!

N Korea is like the worst horror movie you have ever seen brought to real life.

The Center for Disease Control has issued a warning about a new virulent strain of Sexually Transmitted Disease. The disease is contracted through dangerous and high-risk behavior. The disease is called Gonorrhea Lectim...... pronounced "gonna re-elect em?"

Many victims contracted it in late 2008, but it's taken another year of being screwed for them to understand what causes this disease. Naturalists and epidemiologists are amazed at how this destructive disease has grown since it is easily cured....by voting out all incumbents!

Yes. -The internet

Who does "COD Modern Warfare2" on the PS#?

What's the matter, bunkie, you're new Toyota can't stop accelerating, or even stop at all? Toyota knew about the problem three years ago but did squat? Your family member already one of Toyota's Pearl Harbor II victims?
Cheer up! Wipe off that frown and put a smile on your face!

Your car wasn't build by the UAW, or engineered by Americans, so owning a death trap is a small price to pay.

The Right

babbler, you're on a computer can't you look up the line yourself?

Why did Barack Obama go to a prayer breakfast organized by the Fellowship Foundation today?

ty, i give up, why?

Says the Guy still driving the Ford Pinto with the gas tank issue.

So why aren't the admin officials sniping at Pontiac? I believe the Vibe has the exact same problems and no one has peeped one word of it.

That's diferent. Those gas pedals where put together at a higher cost by the good folks at the U.A.W. After spending 3 days to assemble, they got them right!

Sheephead-the Vibe is just a rebranded Toyota, or as you righties prefer, a blessed gift form our off-shore masters. It's been recalled, too.

Or, in the words of the Japanese emperor:
To our good and loyal subjects: After pondering deeply the general trends of the world and the actual conditions obtaining in business today, we have decided to effect a settlement of the present situation by resorting to an extraordinary measure.

To strive for the common prosperity and happiness of all nations as well as the security and well-being of our subjects is the solemn obligation which has been handed down by our imperial ancestors and which we lay close to the heart.

Indeed, we declared war on America's economy out of our sincere desire to insure Japan's self-preservation and the stabilization of East Asia, it being thought either to infringe upon the safety of other nations or to embark upon market aggrandizement.

But now the defect has lasted for nearly four years. Despite the best that has been done by everyone--the gallant marketing of our sales forces, the diligence and assiduity of our servants of the State and the devoted service of our see no evil engineers--the marketing and crashing situation has developed not necessarily to Japan's advantage, while the general trends of the world have all turned against her interest.

Yeah, We should take a deep breath and play 18 holes like President Barrack O'Palmer.

No, I think we should go all War Preznetish and stop the shipment of congac to Iran. That worked so well in NK that they only had to set off one nuke before the bribes resumed.

Or we could inquire if President Plate Full has considered sanctions or is that being treated like Military Requests from Generals?

Says the Guy still driving the Ford Pinto with the gas tank issue.

Now you're talking trash about the Glorious Overpaid CEOs of America, wisgod. Apologize and offer them another golden parachute and tax cut, like a good rightie.

You can ask Carlie what a failed CEO gets to leave these days.

"Who does "COD Modern Warfare2" on the PS#?"

Guilty.

According to NG3 (an expert), only the have-nots should exist in modern society.

Very exciting article in the back page about the potential for another Scott Brown, this time in Hawaii.

OK, first wrong, second wrong and third wrong.

The Vibe and the Matrix were the product of a joint venture between GM and Toymotor not a CC of either (See Geo). These cars were both produced by the UAW at the Fresno CA plant (see NUMMI, see also Local 2244).

My point being - why is Ray LaHood not calling for everyone driving the "american" version to stop immediately, but for the "japanese" version its different?

Guilty.

Any idea if I can get in any trouble for being crude and racially insensitive via the Bluetooth?

I finally started playing online this week and I'm absolutely amazed at the technology and how smoothly it works.

I'm sure what I have to say is going to be offensive.
What can they do? How can they trace it?

I've heard people on there say some pretty nasty shit (talking about raping pets was the strangest).

#2 Monstman says: "N Korea is like the worst horror movie you have ever seen brought to real life."

Gee, why doesn't Barack or Hillary let Jimmmy, the stalwart Peace Nobelist, Carter stick his nose back into Korea and send him back over to stir up the pot on the Korean Peninsula again and make another foolish diplomatic mess? This will then necessitate support for the US in its disarmament efforts from its European allies, who are genuinely worried about the mullahs' nukes and aren't currently too interested in distant N Korea and its nukes.

"This will then necessitate support for the US in its disarmament efforts from its European allies, who are genuinely worried about the mullahs' nukes and aren't currently too interested in distant N Korea and its nukes."

We ought to let them worry about it themselves and let China, Japan and S. Korea worry about N. Korea.

Danni, You've got a point, here.

HUMMMMM. US not the sole policeman/peace keeper on Earth. Interesting concept.

This is not what Obama and the state run media are wanting you to believe:

"Justice Defends Ruling on Finance"

"I found it fascinating that the people who were editorializing against it were The New York Times Company and The Washington Post Company," Justice Thomas said. "These are corporations."

"He added that the history of Congressional regulation of corporate involvement in politics had a dark side, pointing to the Tillman Act, which banned corporate contributions to federal candidates in 1907."

"Go back and read why Tillman introduced that legislation," Justice Thomas said, referring to Senator Benjamin Tillman. "Tillman was from South Carolina, and as I hear the story he was concerned that the corporations, Republican corporations, were favorable toward blacks and he felt that there was a need to regulate them."

www.nytimes.com

I agree with 385. What the hell was GWB/Cheney doing invading Iraq? Not the responsibility or the right of the U.S. to play policeman in that manner. And what the hell was Bush Sr. thinking when he invaded Panama? Not our job to remove a foreign drug dealing dictator. Not our problem. And what the hell was Reagan thinking when he invaded Grenada? If our rightwing Presidents would stop feeling entitled to play world policeman, we would have a lot less problems, a lot less debt, a lot fewer dead American soldiers, and a lot less resentment worldwide.

We ought to let them worry about it themselves and let China, Japan and S. Korea worry about N. Korea.

THEY don't want to deal with it either.

I am all for peace and negotiations but it will not work in NK. There is gonna be a war soon and it will be an ugly mess.

Interesting article written by Christopher Hitchens about why NK will not make peace:

I have yet to hear of anyone being kicked off, i don't even see a way to report offensive behavior. Just remember there are kids playing, so know your audience. Also you can turn off anyone's voice if you don't like them.

Oh and you should let me know your callsign so if i catch you on there i can kick your ass.

I know, my nephew and I were playing last night and some of the things being said weren't exactly appropriate.

Check your email in about 5 minutes.

I'm new to the game, so you may have the upper hand for a little while...Until I figure out a way to cheat!

Do you need to submit (or allow it to be 'detected') PS#'s MAC address in order to be identified while online (out of curiosity)?

"I know, my nephew and I were playing last night and some of the things being said weren't exactly appropriate."

It's all fun and games until someone loses a nut!!!

I gotta repeat this, because it's big, and is something to do before Sunday:

About that despicable Dobson-Tebow-fetal rights ad to be aired during the Super Bowl, the big lie that if you just carry to term, you too can produce a Heisman-winning quarterback.

CBS is free to accept issue ads from the Flat Earth Society if it wishes, but we must remember that it has rejected some meaningful human issues as unsuitable for Super Bowl audiences - most of whom will respond with "honey, get me a beer."

Let's we note who else advertises and use our right not to patronize those sponsors. This allows for free (at $2 million per half minute) speech and lets those of us who care about people vote with our money. herm

For Christ sakes Herm. It's a damn football game. I for one am going to leave politics next to the empty beer bottles and enjoy the game.

It is indeed a damned football game. Tell Dobson and his Operation Rescue morons to keep their idiot politics out of it and shove their fetal rights ideas right through the Saints' goal posts. herm

Should I get all pissy because there's a Coors Commercial and Coors gives me the shits and is brewed by a Democrat Brew Meister? I don't care. I just won't drink it.

Tell Dobson and his Operation Rescue morons to keep their idiot politics out of it and shove their fetal rights ideas right through the Saints' goal posts. herm

Why don't you make a commercial illustrating the benefits of having abortions and how great they are or how awful it is that your grandson WASN'T aborted. Maybe he can go on right after Tebow and say how much better off he would have been aborted.

His mom can stand beside him and shake her head up and down in agreement.

make the commercial, send it to CBS and wait for their call. LOL

otherwise STFU.

If you drink Coors you deserve all the shits that will overtake you. No respectable mensch drinks Rocky Mountain sewer water when Adolph Coors gives to every gross cause righties ever dreamed up. herm

Eberly again wades in where even average humans fear to tread. Just to remind him, no one "favors" abortion except as a last resort for problem pregnancies. Sadly, herm will never see the bread to buy even three seconds of Super Bowl commercial. Too bad Eb and the Dobson uglies will never face that dilemma. herm

no one "favors" abortion except as a last resort for problem pregnancies.

Herm, you don't speak for everybody but, in general, I hope that is true.

Too bad Eb and the Dobson uglies will never face that dilemma.

pathetic attempt to include me with "dobson uglies". it is a great illustration that you have no argument......just hate.

what is the problem? other than the fact that nobody is interested in your message. Which is why CBS is choosing to air this and kick hateful scumbags like you to the curb.

I may not speak for all of us, but as an active member of at least four reproductive rights groups, ex-clinic escort, etc., I have yet to meet ANYone who "favors" abortion. It's always sad when abstinence only sex education fails and people are kept from access to contraceptives, all due to the same fetal rights nuts who post here. But "pro-abortionists" is a myth promulgated by the Operation Rescue crowd. herm

It's always sad when abstinence only sex education fails

oh please, another strawman. ALL sex education has failed. Look at the numbers over the last 40 years since the wonderous implementation of "contraception".

Teenage pregnancy
STDs
abortions
divorce
etc...

don't misunderstand, I'm not stumping for abortion protesters and their tactics but rather choosing to NOT be outraged over the free expression of a position.

Is the ad pointing towards voting pro-life?

And what the hell was Reagan thinking when he invaded Grenada?

That he needed to divert attention from why he sent 300 Marines to die in Beirut. Worked, didn't it? Decades later nobody on the right says anything about it but still whine about blackhawk down.

Taking a snapshot of the Retort today would should scare the hell out of liberals, Obama in particular. Other than various griping by libbies about various conservatives, there is no good news whatsoever for Obama. Seems it's been this way for quite awhile. If it's not about the failing Obama economy, posts are about the failing health care plan, global warming scams, or just more Palin-bitching. Sad day to be a liberal. Which also means it's been good days for conservatives. Other than the economy continuing to tank under Obama, the outlook is pretty good for republicans. Since the libbies will never admit their coming defeat, things should continue to brighten for a republican comeback in November. God bless Obama.

That he needed to divert attention from why he sent 300 Marines to die in Beirut.

???

The Marine barracks was bombed on October 23, 1983. The Grenada invasion was two days later, October 25, 1983. You are saying that Reagan, "embarrassed" by the Beirut bombing was able to have his generals and admirals assemble an invasion force, get them on ships and and have the Navy down there in two days? LOL Not only is that logistically impossible, it is an absurd notion as to the reason.

I swear, there is no one more gullible or more stupid than a knee-jerk jerk, and you are one of the worst knee-jerk jerks on the DR, ng3.

Two days to plan and execute an invastion, even a small one? LOL You crack me up, ng3. Got any more good ones your masters have fed you that you'd like to pass on? If so,please wait a couple of hours until the guffaws from the current one have faded.

Doing Presidential work:

"President Obama will join CBS News anchor Katie Couric for an interview during the network's pre-game programming for the Super Bowl on Sunday, USA Today reports. Sean McManus, the president of CBS, said the interview will air about 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, two hours before the kickoff of Super Bowl XLIV between the Indianapolis Colts and the New Orleans Saints."

www.politicsdaily.com

"President Obama will join CBS News anchor Katie Couric"

I am going to be ill.

Damn ... Katie's voice makes me consider seppuku.
No wonder her husband got colon cancer, it was a way out.

I should have stuck to my guns and written in Paris just to laugh at you pitiful loons.

I've just started Idiot America and the book starts with dinosaurs with saddles. How pitifully sad.

Hey, a couple of observations after watching television last night.

First, has anyone caught the undercurrent of "your right to federal entitlements" in the Census 2010 commercials? "Just answer 10 questions so you can get your fair share." Anyone have any historical verbiage from the last two censuses/censii (how do you say that, anyone?)?

Second, I watched Bones last night (I don't, normally) and it started with the two leads driving to a crime scene. The driver was touting the "adaptive cruise control" and "voice activated navigation system" and when the passenger pressed for her to drive faster and tried to verbally tell the car to go faster, the driver said something along the lines of "there's no computer connection to the accelerator pedal, you have to press it with your foot". The view then switches to them driving down the street, from the front, and guess what - it's a Toyota. I understand product placement, but to use prime time TV for both an unabashed commercial AND a subtle deflection on the acceleration recall is shameful.

"Afghanistan Dog Fight Hit By Deadly Bomb Blast"

A bomb attack on a dog fight in southern Afghanistan has killed at least three people and injured at least 30 more, police say....

The Taliban banned dog fighting while in power but it has returned as a popular sport after the regime fell....

Two years ago more than 80 people were killed when a dog fight was bombed in Kandahar....

"I've just started Idiot America and the book starts with dinosaurs with saddles. How pitifully sad."

Why?...You have evidence they were ridden bareback?

"Afghanistan Dog Fight Hit By Deadly Bomb Blast"

"I didn't even have a dog in the fight," moaned slightly injured bystander Hazzardit Bamboomba Abangbang.
