(PEOPLE.com) -- It was a clear Thursday afternoon when Josh Duggar, the first of 19 children born to Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, looked out at the highway in Springdale, Arkansas, and watched in horror as three cars crashed.

Good Job on the boys even if they are religious kooks.

If God has a plan then why did 3,000 people die on 9/11?

If God has a plan then why did 3,000 people die on 9/11?

That was part of the plan. He works in mysterious ways, you know. God was the original DADT. Don't ask him his plan and he won't tell you. It's too fucking mysterious.

Ok Forget asking. Just do it .He will smite you anyway.

Let's hear it for the volunteer firemen! They're real heroes.

I think it is very interesting when people have to negate any positive story with a "If God has a plan, why did X number of people die on X date?

What do you suppose be done on part of God to stop one or more individuals who enact their freedom of choice and will in a negative way?

Do you suppose he smite them the first time the decide to do something derelict? So they don't get a second chance?

Would you be alright with being smote the first time you messed up, whether big or small? All people are terrible, some people are more terrible than others in certain categories, and others more terrible than them in other categories.

individuals who enact their freedom of choice and will in a negative way?

"Freedom of choice" can't really be used as an excuse when that "choice" coincides perfectly with "holy" instructions as delivered by "god" through his "laws" and vicars on Earth. Ya know, men like the Pope, Muhammad, and bin Laden...

The kind of unquestioning "choice" exhibited by muslim, christian, or jewish terrorists is customary after a lifetime of quilt borne in the teaching of idiotic pseudo-philosophy like, "All people are terrible", dirty wretches born in sin and only redeemed by faith, not works.

They're volunteer firemen as Valis points out, and they saved someone. They're putting a lot of good into their community, and that should be shot down because they're religious? lol! I suppose they could give that up and become a whiney atheist on the internet.

There are a handful of universal truths.
1. Men that own cats (for purposes other than controlling critters) are gay
2. Every magician is a pedophile
3. Men with ponytails are either pedos, unemployed, or complete losers
4. The only acceptable jewelry for a man is a wedding band and a watch
5. Volunteer Firefighters are tools

This isn't up for debate, so shut your ballwashers.

It's a good thing my office is empty.
