At least it's a "small business set aside"! Must contact LaRue Tactical...

They can deduct the cost as a business expense.

I SAID SHOW ME THOSE RECEIPTS!!!

Why is the IRS purchasing shotguns you ask?

Read your first sentence-

CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DIVISION.

Seems pretty obvious to me.

Fucking Looters!

Criminal investigations unit has always carried weapons.

I bought a Mossberg 500 JIC marine-cote for my Christmas present to myself this year. Sweet. Only,..don't let your wife shoot it without putting a stock on it....don't ask.

#8 - OUCH!

CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DIVISION.

Six month basic training by the FBI in Georgia.

Weapons training, hand to hand, etc.

When the CID shows at your door you can trust that every single one of them is carrying a weapon.

Probably 2 or 3.

I would imagine you've gotta really fuck up though to get these guys knocking on your door.

them dang Revenuers!

And when someone shoot at the IRS guys and gets himself killed, folks like Ringmaster will blame the agents. But then again, who doesn't want to shoot at the IRS? This could get bloody.

them dang Revenuers!

Interesting fact I found doing some research on a shipwreck of the NC coast. In the 1870's the Life Saving Service, later known as the Coast Guard had a Revenue Department officer. When a ship would wreck the contents that washed up on shore were auctioned off right there on the beach. The Revenue Department took it's cut off the top and the finder got the rest. The owner of the ship was out of luck.

I guess you could say the owner was "ship out of luck".

Eighteen inches is a very short barrel, imhb. Something the public certainly cannot own legally.

No, 18 inches is the legal limit, at least in NC.

It's a 14" barrel.

Less than 18" is illegal in most states, I think. Mine is 18.5"

This is for the "rightwing", most of whom know that the "Voluntary" income tax is a direct violation of the constitution. Since those Americans who are aware that the constitution remains unchanged as concerns individual income tax are also aware of their right to defend themselves in bearing arms, they need shotguns to shoot fellow Americans they adjudge to be "criminals".

Most such criminal activity in the past has been handled without special attack weaponry, and by local police, Justice, or even by FBI, if needed. So, perhaps they will "investigate" for their own IRS Court, and make arrests to bring political protestors to the "justice" they need in a socialist economy. After all, at least sixty (60) of the jobs Obama has created are more governmental positions (with those excessive costs ala union, etc.) for thugs to force Americans to pay at the threat issuing from the barrel of this "illegal" shotgun, that only government hit-men can carry ...

The "Voluntary" Individual Income Tax is directly against the Constitution of the United States of America. It makes Americans slaves to government at the threat issuing from this, and a plethora of other governmental weaponry the Founding Fathers tried to deny them the "right" to exercise.

Both parties are criminal in continuing the IRS and the tyrannical system of distraint they've erected to force other Americans to pay for the "charity" chosen by the government!

This is just more proof that they will kill you for money ...

My 500 is 18.5 too. I had a savage pump with a 13.5 inch barrel when I was a kid. It wasn't legal and it jammed with low brass shells. Must have been the reason it was only $15 bucks.lol

Like automatic weapons, shotguns with barrels under 18" requires a federal license to own and carry, legally.

This restriction on shotguns came out of a Supreme Court decision which ruled that "sawed-off" shotguns had no legitimate "milita" usage.

Of course, that is an obvious, and an outright lie, since WWI demonstrated the legitimate use of "sawed-off" shotguns for trench warfare ...

Lots of lies like that one are a result of a complicit, with the other branches of government, court in trying to actually restrict the constitution they were sworn to defend!!!

One of the greatest is that the 16th Amendment "allows" the government to collect taxes from individuals directly, and using force!!!

#19 "The "Voluntary" Individual Income Tax is directly against the Constitution of the United States of America."

"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."

Since when is a Constitutional Amendment not part of the Constitution? Should we get rid of the others as well?

SpokaneJim asks, "Since when is a Constitutional Amendment not part of the Constitution? Should we get rid of the others as well?"

The court had already made the decision against direct income taxes, as applied to corporations, and since the fed was forbidden to collect taxes from "real" individuals, and which the court included corporate-individuals; until the 16th Amendment. At its supposed ratification; a moot point, at best; the 16th was found by the court not to have accomplished anything about "real" individuals, except to name taxes against them as being "direct", instead of "indirect". They found that corporations must pay taxes on their corporate-individual status incomes. In saying that, the previous court's decision for individuals - that they be apportioned by state and census - wasn't changed except that any such state collected taxes could be called "direct". What states did with that underlines the history from that time, when taxes were NOT collected by the fed against individuals directly; up until WWII and the 1943, unConstitutional, "Voluntary" Withholding Tax, and the subsequent "Voluntary" Individual Income Tax ... and the states' right to collect taxes as their agreed to debt of the federal government was USURPED against the Constitution ...

The court has not actually considered claims against the Constitution, since this 1943 coup d'etat, even though those claims have been numerous and are about other Constitutional guarantees, which government must abridge in order to force money from individuals at the point of a 12 gauge shotgun ...

"Stand And Deliver" is the mantra of the socialist, goosestepping "progressives" filling the Democrat party ... but, "both parties do it ..." ignores that it was Democrats who wanted to give up to Vietnamese communist imperialists and wanted Bush to lose against Islamic, neolithic political platform in order to get votes, votes, and more votes for promoting cowardice and trying to sell our soldiers as murderers and torturers ...

They use the money they extort at the point of a gun for selling out the nation for votes ...

Hey, Tad...guess what?

Yer a fucking lunatic and everybody laughs at yer idiotic, paranoid rants.

Keep up the "good" werk.

So who is going to give Wesley Snipes a "high five" when they show up at prison for not paying their taxes?

money.cnn.com

#24 - dave - you have a point there - nothing a hat wouldn't cover - actually two points - why would people laugh at something so serious?

Why don't you get a clue? Most are absolutely free - something someone like you can appreciate.
