Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs
Monday, February 01, 2010

President Obama held a candid, face-to-face conversation with House Republicans Friday at their annual retreat in Baltimore. After Obama gave his remarks, he had to answer tough questions from Republican lawmakers about health care, the budget, taxes, and other issues. Both CNN and MSNBC aired the entire event, but with 20 minutes left to go Fox News decided to cut away and begin its commentary. Anchor Trace Gallagher's immediate reaction was that Obama was being too "combative" and "lecturing" like he was at his State of the Union address. Correspondent Bret Baier agreed, saying there was "a little bit of that," but conceded that there was a "decentgive-and-take on the specifics."

Why waste air time on the same old lies and bullshit?

That the Fow analyst who praised Obama will be fired? Not a shred. I was making a funny.

Having said that, all save the most biased must acknowledge that Fox tipped it's hand as a network for the most biased, and that it's agenda trumps real news any old day.

People who watch Clusterfox need some serious Death Panel action.

I think pithing would be appropriate. Just take a sharp spike and insert it at the base of the skull and shove upward is a strong, smooth stroke. Instant brain death leaving all the organs ready for harvesting.

Good insight axe. I am inclined to agree.

That for just for watching a TV show that you don't approve of, huh?

Well, to be honest, I'm not real crazy about the Laverne and Shirley reruns you obviously surround your life with (judging by your exhibited mentality). What would be an appropriate death for you, do you think?

Hhahah! BFD...is this the only thing "Think Progress" has to bitch about? Good god, ya'll's some pathetic fucks.

BFD?

Coming from the network who used the fact that other networks didn't cover the Teabag parties (when they did) it's a really BFD.

Fox Noise showed themselves anything but fair and balanced.

Although considering anyone with functional neurons already knew this, it doesn't surprise me that some still can't see it.

It must feel great to know you have one of DR's great thinkers, jackass, agree with you, doesn't it axe? LOL

To be fair though, once it became evident that Brown won the MA senate race, CNN switched to Haiti coverage before the results were even finalized.

Fox continued to cover it, forcing me to unfortunately watch that station for a period of time.

Fox Noise showed themselves anything but fair and balanced.

So don't watch it. What's the big deal?

So don't watch it. What's the big deal?

I don't.

Other should at least be honest about it. Just admit they agree with your leanings and that's why you watch it.

Besides, if one follows your approach of not caring about that which we don't agree with, what else would we talk about on the DR?

Goat they should just admit they are a right wing news organization and just drop the fair and balanced act.

...just drop the fair and balanced act.

I'll wait for you to produce a post where I declared they (or any news organization) is impartial first.

Let me know when you have it.

I never said you claimed they were impartial. I just don't like how they deceive their audience.

Besides, if one follows your approach of not caring about that which we don't agree with, what else would we talk about on the DR?

Titties and beer. Astronomy is a pretty cool topic, too.

Anyone who "trusts" Fox News to bring a balanced view are lying to themselves. Fox is a personality news show, and very little of what is editorialized bears any resemblance to reality. That said, it's something to watch, so long as you are not weak-minded enough to fall for it.

Very few news programs are of any value such as Democracy Now! and Washington Journal. Fox is a stupid excuse for 700 Club to have even more satellite coverage.

PBS "NewsHour" is another very good news show, with unbiased in-depth examination of the topics of the day.

Ah, yes, Jim Lehrer, Ray Suarez, Gwen Ifill, etc. - I do miss that program specifically. Without cable we're restricted to streaming news which some of the major networks don't do online.

I haven't watched the news in ages now, just WJ and DN!.

Not everone is a gay fascist. Fox gets real ratings because real people prefer it to the gay fascists on CNN and MSNBC.

"It's much more fun to complain! Quit raining on this Liberal parade of obsessive hatred for Fox!"

Scroll up the thread and the onlyparade here is the patheticly lame attempts to change the subject away from the fact that Fox noticed the President kicking some REpublican ass and thus they cut off the coverage. It's pretty funny reading the pathetic attempts to distract from that.

Wonder if CNN and MSNBC will start doing telethons like PBS if their ratings go any lower.

I've noticed that Fox News tends to cut away from a lot of things. They'll do a split screen that shows the live event on the right while the commentators discuss the event on the left side.

There aren't two bigger limp-wristed pussies on planet earth than Axe and Jackass. They talk a big game, though, don't they?

I'll bet you are both.

Listening to the chairman has gotten to be like listening to the Chuck Berry London Sessions on vinyl that skips and repeats the line:

"I want you to play with my ding-a-ling"

Thereby explaining Axe's and Jack's obsessions.

Why are there so many rants about FOX??

MSNBC is blatantly biased, but no one bitches or even peeps about that liberal/progressive propaganda machine.

So what if FOX cut off Obama chatting with the Republican caucus. MSNBC made it practice to down play or not air Bush stuff that could have presented a balanced picture, but emphasizes titillating tidbits like the Acorn buster's Louisiana break in which is fast becoming a non-story (like it was in the first place).

Obama is doing just fine and does not need to have FOX demonized to protect his rear. The Republicans are doing what any minority opposition should do. Hearken back too the time that dems were a minority and were also called the party of "NO".

Even those Clowns at Fox News knew that they had made a mistake carrying this event live. The next day the Fox-Republicans, said as much an that they would not make that same mistake again. What mistake, "Giving the President a forum that make those Republicans look like the fools they are".

O.K. America what do you think the chances are that the Republican retreat will ever be televised again with questions to this President?????? About the same as asking "ROSEMARY TO HAVE ANOTHER BABY"
.......hahahahahahahahahahahah
ahahaha!!!!!

Speaking of pencil neck geeks:

www.youtube.com

I love how that worked out. The GOP invites President Obama to its retreat and encourages the event to be televised.

When Fox News cut off the broadcast of a GOP event early, network execs sent a pretty clear message of how they thought the president was doing in hostile territory.

Why wasn't any of this shown on CBS,NBC or ABC? At least Fox showed some of it.

#57 Better chance that they will be televised than the health care debates that Barry promised, Celisary you fool.

MSNBC broadcast it live, and played it over the weekend...... watching Obama drop kick Repubes never gets old.

"Better chance that they will be televised than the health care debates that Barry promised, Celisary you fool."

If you had watched the beat down you would have heard the President address that talking point and point out some REpublican dishonesty at the same time.

I think he said it was Bush's fault that the debates wernt on C Span.

I must be. I'll just do the Queer Eye for the Straight Guy thing and tell everyone I'm a ninja, or have fantasies about plowing stakes through Fox News viewers' skulls because they cut away during Obama's big Q&A.

That's manly, there. I'd bet they'd pick up a lot of women with that. That is, if they were in to women in the first place.

MSNBC broadcast it live, and played it over the weekend...... watching Obama drop kick Repubes never gets old.

Yeah. Unless you're a member of the human race, and find politicians drop kicking other politicians just more Kubuki theater, but with Cialis commercials.

Your life though. You know you can record it? And watch it over and over and over and over again? You know that? Try not to record over Obama's Mount Olympus speech, or the one where Chris Matthews admits to having a giant boner every time Big O opens his piehole.

Nope, try again.

Dorky tried to record it with his eight track player.

FOX: holy shit he's winning the debate, pull the plug.
REPUBS: we will never do this again!

I've barely been able to give even tepid support to the President so far, but watching that q&a session, I was almost impressed with the guy. He's far from ideal but miles ahead of what we had a year ago. Can you imagine Bush ever putting himself through something like that? LOL. That said, what would really impress me would be if he did this with the left wing of his own party.

Hagbard-
The adult in a room full of children is how it came across.

Betelg, it was talking points on both sides. Those who post here saying O kicked the Repub's asses were not actually watching the same exchanges. When pressured O simply says the opposition is wrong, which burns him later. It was a good forum and not meant to bring out a "winner." Those that thought he bitch slapped the right thought so because it was the first time people have seen him get pissed which is what we all want him to do, to both sides, in other words get fucking involved!

The adult in a room full of children is how it came across.

I thought everyone was pretty well behaved, considering the way I was expecting it to go down. Smirks from Boehner and his mini-me (Kantor) notwithstanding. I'd like to see more of this, the president meeting with both the left and the right.

It was a good forum and not meant to bring out a "winner."

But it did. It revealed that one side is not even remotely serious about governance or facts. Witness the unanimous Republican block voting against the re-institution of "pay-go" (which was operative in the Clinton years but was abandoned in 2002 by Republicans).

The Republican Party is only interested in ensuring failure and capturing power again. They are poor stewards of the nation, and don't even seem to see that as their jobs.

They had to take a break to promote
Palin's book for the 500th time that
day.

Ok Bet, you too have consumed the Kool-aid.

Then there's no use for you to Google the "pay-go" vote, which you are/were unaware of, or speak to me any longer.

Bummer.

"I'd like to see more of this, the president meeting with both the left and the right."

Me too but I'll be surprised if the Republicans give him another opportunity to shoot down talking points. I think thier leadership is thinking they made a miscalculation on this one.

I think that this was a great idea and they should do it more often.

Obama was a little testy at points and some of the republicans where more interested in making a statement than asking a question but overall it was nice thing to see. I would probably say that the actual loser in this was the congressional Democrats with Obama out slightly ahead of the Republicans.

Can't imagine this taking place between Bush and the Democrats at any time. Bush can't speak and the Democrats would have been nasty as hell to him.

The winner or loser is usually determined in these things based upon the bias of the viewer.

That said, what would really impress me would be if he did this with the left wing of his own party.

Obama "Candid" My Achin'Ass. When Obama speaks, he is lying or obscuring or obfuscating because his ends justify the means, just like the old Marxists of old.

Before the Russian Revolution in the early 1900's, the communists called themselves "Progressives", just as the people now do (as they try to shrug off the 'Liberal' label) who would rule our every breath of life in this country if we give them the chance.

Obama is systematically taking apart the foundations of this country and he has the nerve to ask the rest of us and the minority party to help him do that? This collusion in taking our freedoms he calls "Bipartisanship".

We should not cooperate in putting this despots chains on ourselves and our children. Further, we should hold abslutely EVERY single member of Congress accountable for cooperating with this administration's destroying our capitalist system, taking our money which is our life's blood, our property and our freedoms from us.

You gonna acknowledge the rest of the medias' packing of Obama's junk around in their trunks for the majority of 2008, as well?

Who in the GOP would have the confidence to do what Obama did?

Personally, if there's a next time, I'd like to see John Boehner behind the podium in front of 140 Democrats.

FOX would probably cut him off, too, just out of sheer embarrassment.

So that's what is really going on? Really? Too bad the republicans couldn't find a way to articulate it on Friday. They had a nation wide audience, except for the people who watch FOX.

It looked more like Obama finally confronted the liars and listed the facts. That NEVER works out good for the GNOP, it's too bad more democrats don't try this tactic.

Why are the repiblicans now saying that it was a big mistake to let the cameras continue to roll? Why did whore CNN edit it down to 1 hour for the replay, with commercials, when it lasted about 90 minutes? They will air screaming dick wads at town halls all day and all night but they cut out the parts when Obama was laying the wood to the righties. I wonder why they would do that...

"Facts", Obama cant handle facts he skews them all the time as dose his henchmen. sorry, but saying that obama says whats really going on is your being brainwashed by the countless libtard other stations that never have to deal with the truth, they just never air stuff or ignore it.. at least you have one station that puts another point of view, so what if its the other side, .. its like 1 vs 10, and... check ur facts you idiot.

the 1 seems to top the ratings, why cause they know it may not be fair and balanced but its got 100% more of the truth than all the others combined.

Fox "News" may have even cut back to it and they would be running that sound bite 3 times an hour up untill and then after the election in November. Why is it that when they are standing directly in front of them man -- what was it, 140 of them vs 1? -- couldn't just 1 of them muster the nut sack to utter what so many of you post here daily?

Just to recap, a pro choice, pro fag, liberal republican was elected in Mass. 2 weeks ago and the President made the riiight look retarded on Friday.

Has SARAH! posted something ground breaking on her facebook page that I didn't hear about? I'm not sure what else might have you feeling good about the whole thing.

please..as I said earlier...obama was proven to lie about somethings he talked about.
the deficit being over a trillion and all that when he got there...well..the deficit being all bushs fault when he voted FOR the TARP that doubled the deficit already projected from 485 billion to 1.3 trillion...so let me retract the liar comment and replace it with just bullshit from a poltician.

but anyway....dems would never have invited bush or any gop president to a similar activity so in that regard..he did have an advantage.

And this just in from a poll conducted by Daily KOS interviewing Republicans only (no Tea Bag Independents) about there political views on the President...

...Nevertheless here are some of the standout figures as provided by Daily Kos/Research 2000:

* 39 percent of Republicans believe Obama should be impeached, 29 percent are not sure, 32 percent said he should not be voted out of office.

* 36 percent of Republicans believe Obama was not born in the United States, 22 percent are not sure, 42 percent think he is a natural citizen.

* 31 percent of Republicans believe Obama is a "Racist who hates White people" -- the description once adopted by Fox News's Glenn Beck. 33 percent were not sure, and 36 percent said he was not a racist.

* 63 percent of Republicans think Obama is a socialist, 16 percent are not sure, 21 percent say he is not

* 24 percent of Republicans believe Obama wants "the terrorists to win," 33 percent aren't sure, 43 percent said he did not want the terrorist to win.

* 21 percent of Republicans believe ACORN stole the 2008 election, 55 percent are not sure, 24 percent said the community organizing group did not steal the election.

* 23 percent of Republicans believe that their state should secede from the United States, 19 percent aren't sure, 58 percent said no.

* 53 percent of Republicans said they believe Sarah Palin is more qualified to be president than Obama.

"interesting, interesting...I think it is becoming more and more obvious who has the real paranoid/racist problem here...
Interesting article overall. Shows how incredibly misinformed and outright paranoid the modern day Republican Party has become"...

the meeting friday was not a setback for gop even if obama did get a bump with the SOTU bullshit and this.
wont last long with him giving us this budget nonsense and more and more years of borrowing from china.

anywhos..

gotta fly.........

oh and the fuckin DAILY KOS wouldnt do ANYTHING to these results or the questions themselves to get these results now WOULD THEY???

That's like saying "He's the Home-Run King ... of Little League".

I think it is safe to say that our country is major league, dan. It'll probably be little league in three more years, though

"I think it is safe to say that our country is major league"

True. And Little League is still baseball.

True. And Little League is still baseball.

Cable News is Little League?

FauxNews primetime average daily viewership is 1% of the population. They must be popping champagne right and ....

If you scroll down you'll see the Food Network has more adults 18-49 watching during primetime than FauxNews.

Nielson Cable TV ratings - January 18-25, 2010

Don't you think comparing a food network to a news network is like A&Os? I think a more valid comparison is one cable news network to another cable news network.

It seems, Goatman, that Americanunity is one of the viewers getting her information from Nickelodeon, not from Fox News or CNN. And of course no one actually gets news from MSNBC.

Considering network news broadcasts attract an average 24 million viewers a night, in comparison FauxNews 3 million in primetime puts Fox in a niche category. For primetime, Fox was the #3 network in basic cable (behind USA and ESPN), with CNN, MSNBC also attracting 1% or less of the American public. The American public watching primetime cable news is very, very small.

Jim,

I don't watch cable news or talking heads at all. Never been interested in politically slanted coverage. Had a paper route for years as a kid and read the front section cover to cover. I've read news nearly every day of my life. Today, that tradition continues online with stories that pique interest ... digging deeper on the main issues of our times.

I watch 15-30 minutes of network news, and Fridays when Brooks & Shields appear for the weekly political roundup, watch PBS NewsHour.

Other people's opinions are their right. I just try to form my own by seeking well reported, non biased news.

"Cable News is Little League?"

They never want to compare their numbers with the networks.

"I think a more valid comparison is one cable news network to another cable news network."

And Little League stats to Little League stats.

We don't want the other networks higher numbers screwing up Fox's claim, now do we?

Cable news prime time: Avg. approx 4 million
Network prime time news: Avg. approx 24 million

We don't want the other networks higher numbers screwing up Fox's claim, now do we?

Just compare apples to apples and no numbers will be screwed up. Which cable news network with higher numbers are you speaking of BTW, dan?

With only 1% of Americans watching FauxNews on any given prime time night, it hardly matters.

Cable news prime time: Avg. approx 4 million
Network prime time news: Avg. approx 24 million

If you are comparing ALL cable news to ALL network prime time news, that is a valid comparison of cable to network.

However to compare ONE cable news to ALL (or any) network news is invalid. I don't watch TV, but if I did, it would be network since I don't have cable. I imagine I am not the only person without cable, so it is not surprising that the total cable news viewers are smaller than total network news viewers

"Just compare apples to apples"

You mean, like networks to networks, or are you allowing an exception for cable?

"Which cable news network with higher numbers..."

I'm not talking about other cable news networks. I'm talking about other networks. Every time someone makes a boast about Fox's ratings, they avoid mentioning it's only a fraction of the viewers of the (dreaded) MSM.

You mean, like networks to networks, or are you allowing an exception for cable?

Yes, that's right. Compare networks to networks and cable to cable. Not everyone has cable, but most people can pick up a network station.

"However to compare ONE cable news to ALL (or any) network news is invalid."

Nonsense. Over 80% of the homes in America have cable. If Fox can't match 80% of, say, the ABC network's numbers, then they haven't come in first, have they?

Every time someone makes a boast about Fox's ratings, they avoid mentioning it's only a fraction of the viewers of the (dreaded) MSM.

If someone claims that Fox new is #1 of all MSM outlets, then call them on it. They would be wrong and you would be right, dan.

"Compare networks to networks and cable to cable."

In other words, compare the pros to the pros, and Little League to Little League.

"If someone claims that Fox new is #1 of all MSM outlets, then call them on i"

Or, if they claim they're #1 in cable news, I'll simply remind them that's still Little League.

Nonsense. Over 80% of the homes in America have cable.

Dan, Fox claims to be #1 cable network -- nothing more. If you disagree say so and we'll talk about it. If not, what is there to discuss?

With only 1% of Americans watching FauxNews on any given prime time night, it hardly matters.

I think that is a pretty good estimate of how many nutcases there are in America. Perhaps we could put them on some kind of (poop-fly) list?

A million flies can't be wrong so... EAT SHIT!

"Fox claims to be #1 cable network -- nothing more."

Okay...so in the Little League, they're leading in home runs.

Fred's Orthopedic Shoes: "We're #1! (in orthopedic shoes)"

Or, if they claim they're #1 in cable news, I'll simply remind them that's still Little League.

As are all the cable news outlets. So? That is why they compare within their league.

Or do think it is valid to compare little league to the majors? I presume not since you have been making a point of their distinction

"That is why they compare within their league."

Well, that, and the fact if they had to get 80% of ABC's numbers, they'd lose.

Woolworths: "We're #1!" (among Main Street small stores)

White Castle: "We're #1!" (in square itty bitty gut bombs)

O'Reilly came close to getting equivalent viewers that CBS Nightly News got a few times last fall. To write Fox News off as little league is poor judgement. THe MSM had the same attitude about the interney. Fox News is more like the young kid in AAA who keeps hitting dingers. Sooner of later the aging All-Star outfielder in the majors is going to feel the heat.

Well, that, and the fact if they had to get 80%...

Still number one cable news network. That is the argument. As I said, if you disagree, we'll talk.

BTW, pulling numbers out of your ass isn't nice. 73 million is not 80% of 114 million. It's more like 59%

qanda.encyclopedia.com

wiki.answers.com

"To write Fox News off as little league is poor judgement."

Fox news is writing itself off as Little League. If it wants to compare to the big boys, let them, and if they can't get the same numbers (adjusted for homes without cable), then they can't.

If it wants to compare to the big boys, let them, and if they can't get the same numbers (adjusted for homes without cable), then they can't.

Why would they compare themselves to a different media?

"Still number one cable news network. That is the argument"

And I agreed, and equated it with being the number one home run hitter in Little League.

" It's more like 59%"

Arbitron claimed over 60% in a 2005-2006 study.

www.arbitron.com

Here's another claiming 68 percent:

"The CEA reports that of the nearly 110 million American homes with at least one TV set, 68 percent receive a cable signal and 22 percent receive a DBS signal. The research shows that roughly three percent receive both cable and DBS. In total, 87 percent of American homes have access to cable or satellite (and thus network and local feeds).receive a cable signal and 22 percent receive a DBS signal. The research shows that roughly three percent receive both cable and DBS. In total, 87 percent of American homes have access to cable or satellite (and thus network and local feeds)."

Pick a number. Then tell me if Fox has that percentage of ABC's viewers.

"Why would they compare themselves to a different media?"

Television to Television?

I have no idea.

wrong number upthread in post 152. I was doing it in my head. Checked with the calculator and I was off. It is 56%, not 59%. Even further from the 80% you claimed who had cable

Television to Television?

Cable is a different media than broadcast network, dan. C'mon. DOn't be obtuse.

But I suppose you think it would be valid for Newsweek to say they are a better news source than the Muscogee Times Newspaper. Both print media, you know,.

Why does it pain you so to admit Fox is #1 cable news network? LOL I mean it even pained you to the point of lying to discredit their claim. I don't get it.

Does it pain you to admit this all the while Obama was elected president?

Does it pain you to admit this all the while Obama was elected president?

Of course not, why would it?

"Cable is a different media than broadcast networK"

Um, no it's not. Look up the definition of media.

"I suppose you think it would be valid for Newsweek to say they are a better news source than the Muscogee Times Newspaper. Both print media, you know"

If the MTN claims it's #1, as long as you only count Alabama papers in towns with less than 100,000, it's fair to point out they're using different parameters.

"to the point of lying to discredit their claim"

Huh? You found one that claimed 56%, I found several that claimed much more. 80% was one of the answers I found. But lying?!? Go fuck yourself. I already allowed for lower numbers, and welcomed that percentage to be compared to the networks...you know, similar media.

"Why does it pain you so to admit Fox is #1 cable news network?"

It doesn't. Fox is the #1 cable news network.

Much like being the home-run leader...of the Little League.

point of fact, fox is right wing, CNN and MSNBC are left wing

so in effect fox's competition is both CNN AND MSNBC and Fox doesnt beat their combined numbers

Of course not, why would it?

Because "FOX" is the most watched news network.

Stands to reason that if over 50% of the population beleived FUX was right Obama would have not been elected.

could it be that they are cheap entertainment?

Much like being the home-run leader...of the Little League.

So doesn't the home run king of little league (as you so condescendingly compare them to) have bragging rights for being #1 in his niche?

"doesn't the home run king of little league (as you so condescendingly compare them to) have bragging rights for being #1 in his niche?"

Sure. They can brag away. And folks are free to point out it's the Little League.

If they don't want that moniker, they can stack their numbers against the networks, adjust for % of homes with cable, and may the best newscast win.

"point of fact, fox is right wing, CNN and MSNBC are left wing
so in effect fox's competition is both CNN AND MSNBC and Fox doesnt beat their combined numbers

#163 | POSTED BY TRUTHHURTS"

ACTUALLY, FOX, CNN, and MSNBC are all CORPORATE WING. The left wing / right wing views are a facade to disguise that they are all the same thing, working to support the same power structure that has been raping the american middle class for years.

If they don't want that moniker, they can stack their numbers against the networks, adjust for % of homes with cable, and may the best newscast win.

ANd have the other cable news networks (MSNBC, CNN, etc.) do the same of course.

And what was that adjustment again? "more than 80%"? LOL

"ANd have the other cable news networks (MSNBC, CNN, etc.) do the same of course."

Sure, as soon as they begin crowing about being #1.

""more than 80%"? LOL"

56%? LOL

56%? LOL

Was my math off or were the links telling number of households and number of households with cable wrong. Please let me know where my error is.

"Was my math off"

No, if you want to go with one source only, and ignore any and all other sources claiming higher amounts.

Sure, as soon as they begin crowing about being #1.

???

When they surpass FOX, they can then crow about being the #1 cable news network, of course.

No, if you want to go with one source only, and ignore any and all other sources claiming higher amounts.

You never cited your source. You just said 80%. So please cite your source as I cited mine.

BTW, here's another estimate from your "source": 75%

wiki.answers.com

And the one I found earlier, at least as reputable as your wiki "answer": 80%

answers.yahoo.com

Actually you said Over 80% of the homes in America have cable

I'll wait for your source.

You never cited your source.

Bullshit. I cited two sources, and adjusted my percentage downward. RIF.

Sorry, the first line in #176 should be in quotes. My apologies.

This doesn't suprise me. Fair and balanced? Cutting out 20 minutes before it was finished?

Just goes to prove that Fox isn't interested in "news".

It's nothing more than commentary to feed the faithful republicans. That's all it is.

"Actually you said Over 80% "

And then I corrected myself, cited two sources, and adjusted the percentage downward. Now you're pretending I did none of that. Are you a moron?

Let's see. THe first link said 75% which I believe is under 80%, the other link that said 80% said "cable satellite, and other pay services". Neither qualify your statement: Over 80% of the homes in America have cable

I did none of that. Are you a moron?

Nope. Nice try

"Neither qualify your statement:"

And, yes or no, had I adjusted the percentage down since that post?

And, yes or no, had I adjusted the percentage down since that post?

Yes you did. I didn't see that post until you pointed it out.

Are you a moron?

You're getting stressed, dano. I'll drop out, let you have the last word, and take away one of your battle fronts so you can duke it out with Joe

"You're getting stressed, dano. "

???

You were the one who just admitted he hadn't read the posts to which he was responding. How does that make me stressed, to have pointed that out?

How does that make me stressed, to have pointed that out?

What you cited doesn't. But I detected stress when you asked if I was a moron. You know I'm not.

"I detected stress when you asked if I was a moron. You know I'm not."

That's why I was stunned when you repeatedly referred to posts I'd already corrected, even after I'd pointed out that I'd corrected myself.

FoxNews did cut the feed. It certainly wasn't because it was boring.

Why do you think Fox did that, Goatman?

Have you watched the exchange?

No, Goatman?

I know this is crazy talk, Goatman, but maybe you should watch the unfiltered vid before you comment on it.

Woolworths: "We're #1!" (among Main Street small stores)

#149 | Posted by AMERICANUNITY

The remaining Woolsworths stores closed in 2009

Let's hope FauxNews follows suit in 2010.

ACME Orthopedic Shoes: "We're #1!" (in orthopedic shoes)

That work better for ya?

so in effect fox's competition is both CNN AND MSNBC and Fox doesnt beat their combined numbers

#163 | Posted by truthhurts

Actually O'Reilly and Hannity do beat MSNBC and CNN combined quite often

Why do you think Fox did that, Goatman?

Your guess is as good as mine, boy(d)

I bet my guess is better, unless you've actually watched the un-censored exchange.

I bet my guess is better,

Probably since you would end up assigning a position to me anyway.

re: Probably since you would end up assigning a position to me anyway.

For fun, sure.

Here's a try: You haven't watched the uncensored feed and have no idea what you are talking about.

That about nails it, doesn't it?

Later blog.

You haven't watched the uncensored feed and have no idea what you are talking about

See what I mean? LOL I've got you down pat, boyd

Fox cuts away from Obama's address to the Rethugs in order to start spinning like crazy away from the fact that that Obama pwned them biatches?

Anybody surprised by that?

FOX aren't so much a cable news organisation as they are the GOP's unofficial PR firm.

Anybody who doesn't recognize that fact by now is either a certifiable moron or is being willfully ignorant.

Be Well.
