A Muslim cleric who died in an October shoot-out with federal agents was shot 21 times and then handcuffed, an autopsy report shows, according to a person familiar with the case. Luqman Ameen Abdullah was shot and killed Oct. 28 at a Dearborn, Mich., warehouse after a shoot-out with agents seeking to arrest him and 10 others on suspicion of dealing in stolen goods. The FBI has said Abdullah opened fire first and killed an FBI dog. The handcuffing apparently occurred after the shooting and was in line with procedure, the source said.
