Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs

BOSTON -- It was bad enough that President Barack Obama lost his filibuster-proof margin in the U.S. Senate to a Republican. Now it turns out he also lost it to a relative.

Genealogists said Friday that the Democratic president and the newly elected senator from Massachusetts, Scott Brown, are 10th cousins.

The New England Historic Genealogical Society said Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, and Brown's mother, Judith Ann Rugg, both descend from Richard Singletary of Haverhill, Mass.

Brown can not be trusted. Not only did he vote for Romneycare, but he is related to Obama. If Republicans think he is their saviour, think again.

Member-
Brown is a RINO if I've ever seen one naked in Cosmo.

He is a RINO. He voted for Romneycare, and he is pro-choice. Being pro-choice is something that the GOP normally frowns upon, just like being pro-life is something the Dms tend to frown upon.

Everybody is a distant cousin with someone else. I read in a genealogy book once that chances are 50/50 that you are at least a 10th cousin anyone else in your race. If perfect birth records had always been kept, you'd be surprised to find out who you are related to.

Right, Member....

Republicans must always agree with each other on everything....

It's a political party, not a cult, as much as you may wish it were otherwise.

You can pick your friends...you can't pick your family.
