CHICAGO If the Massachusetts special election was a kick in the shins for President Barack Obama, the political turmoil in Illinois, his home state, is a pain in the neck that never seems to go away.

Focusing on Blago would probably net them some wins but Obama not so much. Isn't Obama still very popular there?

Andy Martin started that rumor that Mark Kirk is gay...and Kirk's campaign actually addressed it and denied! Thats not indicative of a smart campaign.
