Conservative new media figure Andrew Breitbart revealed last night on Hugh Hewitt's radio show that he pays a salary to James O'Keefe, the filmmaker who was charged yesterday in an alleged attempt to tamper with the phones of Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA).

FTA: But Breitbart, who runs the Big Government site where O'Keefe's now-famous ACORN sting videos were posted, is maintaining that he had no "connection to" the incident at Landrieu's New Orleans office.

LIAR!

We totally need a "Pants on Fire" Flag.

Be Well.

8 USC 2:

(a) Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission, is punishable as a principal.
(b) Whoever willfully causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him or another would be an offense against the United States, is punishable as a principal.

Not saying. Just saying.

Be Well.

Matt Drudge's heterosexual alter-ego Andy Breitbart actually had O'Keefe on his payroll when he did this latest stunt and nobody at the DR gives a fuck?

Wow, tuff room.

Be Well.

I do and did with a link (see the other thread on front page):

"UPDATE:

James O'Keefe was being paid by Andrew Breitbart.

Mr. Breitbart is now distancing himself from this person and (I'm sure he hopes) the 'situation'.

Breitbart has told people O'Keefe was on salary, so it's difficult to believe that he knew nothing at all about what was planned.

It was interesting to see Breitbart do the no-further-comment dodge yesterday. It appears to be the first time he has ever shut up near a microphone in his entire life.

It would be virtually impossible to have total ignorance of your paid protege's pranks against your enemies. Breitbart paints O'Keefe as a rent-a-prick and himself as a lying douche, but this is not unknown.

Where are the anti-ACORNites? Perhaps this isn't the only conscript who committed crimes in their cause?

ACORN is being investigated in 14 states--everyone is plenty busy with that outfit.

O'Keefe is a dufus--whatever he was doing--it sounds illegal--prank or no prank.

And just because you have an employee who does something really stupid and probably illegal does not mean the employer was aware of it.

What does the deportation of aliens have to do with this guy?

Is he a ferrener?

DUDE, what O'Keefe's cell was doing is totally illegal. Posing as telephone repair people to bug a government official's phones?!! Naturally Breibart will distance himself from a known felon of his own creation!

It appears to be the first time he has ever shut up near a microphone in his entire life.

Oh Snap! Flag.

Be Well.
