Abdulhakim Muhammad, accused in shooting and killing Pvt. William Long of Conway and wounding Pvt. Quinton Ezeagwula of Jacksonville on June 1, 2009, has claimed to having ties to Al Qaeda and sought to change his plea. "He's said lots of things. None of them seem to be real consistent with each other," said his attorney Claiborne Ferguson. "I'm a little irritated with it."
