Look close at the picture with the two fire fighters in the foreground.

Directly over the right arm of the fire fighter on the left you can see what looks to me like a fan section of an aircraft engine. And right behind the same guys shoulder you can see what appears to be another fan section of an engine.

I can't say with absolute certainty but as an aircraft mechanic these do appear to be engine sections.

That clears it up. It was a giant car antenna launched from a moon base.

I am not advocating a conspiracy theory. I do find the small opening to be puzzling. It makes sense for the fuselage, but did the wings hit the building?

I notice some damage on the bottom left of the opening. Is that where a wing hit?

Did they simply by sheer force of impact fold along the side of the jet as it entered the building?

The image I have had in my head is that the plane hit the building straight on--entering almost perpendicular. It makes more sense that the angle was rather oblique--with the nose pointed toward the ground floor or lower floors, thus allowing the upper floors and roof to fall on top--as seem to be the case in the photo. It would also help explain why the lawn has no real damage from impact. Would that somehow account for the lack of damage due to the wings?

First of all, any debris, damage, fire ect would continue to pass into the building in the direction the plane was traveling. Look at a plant crash tape, everything, the wreckage and fireball, moves as a single body.

So no, we couldn't expect damage to the lawn unless the plane hit it. You wouldn't expect massive fire damage to the lawn and stuff that was behind the impact point. And you certainly wouldn't expect this to be anything like flight 93.
