Does anyone else find it odd that many of these American
missionaries have been fleeing Haiti since the earthquake.
Isn't this the time the Haitian people need them most.
It just strikes me as strange.

tiger150: You would too if you were looking at the possibility of mass disease, riots, and probably death from an extremely out-of-control situation. There's not much you can do with a bible, a little food, and no guns. You're better off leaving and letting UN peacekeepers and US soldiers deal with it.
