Bomber Kills 88 at Pakistan Volleyball Game

At least 88 people have been killed after a suicide bomb attack at a volleyball pitch in the troubled north-west of Pakistan, officials say. Police chied Ayub Khan said the bomber drove towards a field where people were watching a match, before detonating his load of high-intensity explosives.

In Pakistan at a women's beach volleyball game, the team members all wear burkas and bikinis.

The extremists think volleyball is un-Islamic? They have attacked the pet souk many times in different countries. I can understand how they might have political hatreds, but to attempt a total culture war is even crazier than their previous anti-American attacks.

Anyway, here is a bit of news:

The real target was a meeting of all tribal elders against the taliban.

It was too heavily defended or something else went wrong and the volleyball match got hit instead.

More lashkars (tribal militias... good guys) will be raised and more taliban will die. That is all.

For every incident of them killing soft targets, the retaliatory taliban-dead count is hundred times higher. If this keeps up Afghanistan (where the suicidals come from) will be empty of people in a few years. LOL
