Why do you do that?
No sane voice on the left is claiming that ALL opposition to Obama's policies is racism.
Hell, some of Obama's strongest critics are people on the left concerned that he is keeping too many odious BushCo era policies intact.
Are they racists too?
Saying that the left equates all criticism of Obama as racist is as stupid as trying to deny either the racist heritage of the Republican party itself or the existence of organised racist elements within the patchwork quilt that the Teabaggers are.

The teabaggers initially welcomed the more openly racist anti-Obama elements under their umbrella based on the "the enemy of my enemy is also my friend" adage.
That some on the right are now pointing out and decrying their existence within their ranks is proof that organised racism exists within the movement.
It's also too little, too late.
