Good lord, who would listen to that channel? If you can make it through 10 minutes of Mark Levin without wanting to shove a screwdriver in your ear, you have a higher tolerance for pain than I.

I think the whole format is failing the same way liberal talk radio failed - people with common sense and money are finally coming to the conclusion:

Liberals do not equal Democrats
Conservatives do not equal Republicans

I say this as both formats 'cheer' for their respective team and never see the obvious failings of where that team has no real interest in governing according to their values. For that matter, I would say most on this board are not liberals - but in fact - are Democrats. If they were true liberals, they would be howling at Obama more than the conservatives are. Look at the chief enablers on this board, Danni, Doc, etc and you will see the true partisonship and liberal ideals be damned, anything so long as their team 'wins'. It is rather pathetic. If you have a brain in your head, you would realize that neither political party represents you unless you have $100M in net worth.

At some point, people wake up and think: "why the hell should I care if Dumbass (D for CA) wins or loses their election when they already have a majority in both houses of the leg and the president and they still aren't even putting forth legislation that is liberal at all?"

C'mon, all ole Huckaberry needs to do is have a good ole fashioned fundraiser for them. He could put a few dozen of his famed squirrel recipes into a book and that ought to raise a good $200 from concerned cons.

RADIO is failing in general. Sirius and XM have taken a chunk, as has online radio such as Pandora.

I used to have Air America in my city, it is gone now. The old Air America station now plays gospel music. I kinda like Al Franken - his Limbaugh book was funny.

I think it's great.

He will turn out to be an outstanding Senator and the people of MN will keep him there until he wants to retire.

Franken certainly did experience an upgrade in going from Air America to the Senate of the United States of America.

That being said, Air America still sucks. I honestly thought they went under a few years back until I went on their website and saw Ron Reagan's son prominently displayed and current stories. Sadly, in my zip there are no stations. In between Rush and SportsTalk, it would be nice to listen to something new, and NPR puts me to sleep behind the wheel.
