A new report from government economic analysts at the Health and Human Services Department finds that the nation's $2.5 trillion annual health care tab won't shrink under the Democratic blueprint that senators are debating. Instead, it would grow somewhat more rapidly than if Congress does nothing.

Costs are not rising fast enough!

We must pass health care 'reform' so costs can increase much faster -- and make everyone dependent on the government. It's an important way to control the lives of everyone.

--Page 9, Democrat Strategic Guide

Funny thing-the CBO says otherwise.........

The left's MSNBC reports this:

"A new report says that the Democrats' plan to squeeze Medicare for $493 billion over 10 years in savings relies on specific policy changes that "may be unrealistic" and could lead to cuts in services."

Well that's not what the anchors at MSNBC have been saying. ABC, CBS, NBC and Frank all beg to differ.

Question KBM-WHAT "New Report"? Where's the link?
Oh, there isn't one?

I guess then-the "so called" "New Report" either doesn't exist-or is an outright fabrication-so stuff it up vermin's calculator.

How many here really believe that the program would come in at the projected cost? Have you learned nothing from history of our govt programs???

Wow....

You mean you can't insure tens of millions more while at the same time lowering costs like Hussein has been preaching

What a shocker..
.

You simply cannot write a decent health care bill if that bill is expected to please insurance company lobbyists and that is what they have been trying to do when they try to win the votes of Liberman, etc. They ought to just drop all these complicated plans and pass Medicare Part E in reconciliation and let the jerks scream all they want. They are going to anyway. Getting CBO to do a cost analysis would be a first step.

Funny, the CBO only scores what congress gives them.

But Frank, a right wing talker told KBM what MSNBC said, I'd have to say that's got more credibility than MSNBC. Folks like KBM aren't actually liars, they are just the morons who believe the liars.

they are just the morons who believe the liars.

Good God Frank! Is your mouse broken? What, not able to right click? Ever heard of cut and paste for a search? Try Google.com. I forgot to add the link and Raw Story didn't cover it so it must not exist, eh?

Here is the google search:

Chris Dodd - another lying, scum politician.

While Chairman of the Banking Commitee...
"Ohh, what? I've been getting a huge break on my Countrywide mortgage?? Really? Well, I want to assure you all that I had absolutely no idea! -- because I realize that such a thing would be an incredible conflict of interest...!"

Now...
"You people can't see how SUBTRACTING half a trillion dollars from Medicare + ADDING tens of millions of people to the pool = REDUCED taxpayer costs??"

What a total joke this guy is, and the rest of the socialists running the show are.

JM

"What a total joke this guy is, and the rest of the socialists running the show are."

It's all good...they're committing political suicide.
