Bill O'Reilly does use his air-time to challenge anyone who lies about him or his show. I don't know if he really feels that outraged or it's just part of the show for him. I don't think he is far right wing or even a real conservative but instead he is a right of center populist. His political views are nothing like Beck's or Limbaugh's or even Hannity's. I more often accuse him of having a hidden liberal side than condemn him of being a right wing ideologue.
