Now things have gotten so screwed up, many times, they just make up pretend missions and then claim "we killed no.2, 2-and-a-half and 3!"

This is because, Pakistan has lowered it's level of cooperation.

Pakistani drones are only used on TTP (Pak-taliban).

Not on Al-Qaeda or Afghan-taliban.

Back when US bombers were flying out of Diego Garcia, they had to have the approval of "the crown" before they struck targets. Becuase they US was using a Brit-owned base, the Brits had final approval authority on targets.
