A recent study found that 90 percent of Canadians support universal, single-payer health care. A poll taken last summer shows 82 percent of Canadians believe their health care system to be better than the US's, despite constant grumbling about waiting times for treatment of non-life-threatening conditions.

......maybe we could trade her for Don Cherry......

FTA: At a recent stop on her "Going Rogue" book tour, Sarah Palin told Canadian comedian Mary Walsh that Canada should get rid of its public health care system.

Walsh is the co-creator and star of This Hour Has 22 Minutes -- a nightly news parody show in the same vein as The Daily Show -- and she arrived in character, as the conservative Marg Delahunty, to the Borders where Palin (the "Alaskan Aphrodite") was signing books.

zOMFG!

Marg Delahunty meets Caribou Barbie?

Bwa hahahahahaha!

Dear swee' baby Jebus that's funny!

Mary Walsh is a national treasure.

Scary Failin is well.. failin'.

Well played, Mary, well played.

Be Well.

More horrible lies from Canada.

When are they going to realize that it's not the facts that matter, it's our perception of them and just how much they can be spun into fearmongering that matters.

Palin has already conquered and now plans on an invasion of Canadian politics. Once she learns french the country is hers for the taking.

maybe YOU should. the libs keep pointing to europe and canada as examples of why we ought to socialize healthcare. what is wrong with pointing out the flaws in other countries.

oh, that's right, only other countries can criticize us - for which we should change our ways. it doesn't work that way in fucktardville.

She knows about Canadian health care because she can see canada from her house

Ask any of those Canadians who need surgery today and are told to wait 6 months. Hmmm, for some strange reason they keep coming to the United States instead of waiting it out.

If you have the money by all means come to the states but if you don't the Canadian system is better. Only a small percentage come to America. I'm sure most Canadians don't have 50K laying around for surgery. You just like lying to prove your ridiculous point.

Actually, far more Americans avail themselves of the more affordable Canadian Health Care system than the reverse.

The numbers of Americans who take "Health Care Holidays" where they take time off of work to go get an operation done in another country rises yearly too.

Canadians almost to a man would rather have the Canadian Single Payer Universal Health Care model than it's FAILed American counterpart.

But keep on with yer narrative if that's all you got.

Be Well.

Palin Says Canada Should Drop Public Health

There goes her Canadian book sales.
