If President Obama is a citizen of the world, then who's looking out for the USA?
In the summer of 2008, then presidential candidate Barack Obama delivered a historic campaign speech in Germany. With the Berlin Wall as a backdrop, Obama proudly informed the masses that he was not there as a candidate, but as ". . . a fellow citizen of the world."

The crowd went crazy and the world rejoiced. Finally, the United States was ready to join the community of man.

There are several definitions of the word "citizens." Here's one:

A native, inhabitant, or denizen of a particular place: "We have learned to be citizens of the world, members of the human community" (Franklin D. Roosevelt).

If you don't fit that bill as a "citizen of the world" please reveal yourself and establish contact.

"We are citizens of the world. The tragedy of our times is that we do not know this."
Woodrow Wilson

"And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country. My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man."
John F. Kennedy

"I speak today as both a citizen of the United States and of the world."
