Smith & Wesson, the famed American gunmaker once owned by Tomkins, the British conglomerate, expects to nearly double its annual sales in the next three to five years as demand for its firearms soars in the recession. It is not alone.

Then those Right Winged shatstains should apologize to Obama for lambasting His comment about people clinging to their religion and their guns in tough times. Just goes to show You Right Wingers are screwed up in the membrain.

On the Richard Dawkins scale of agnosticism, I'm a 5. I'm also not really welcome in the Right Wing club because of my views on abortion, health care reform and foreign policy.

Not really clinging either. I sold one of the guns I bought before President Obama was elected to office. I paid around 200 bucks for a surplus rifle then sold it for three times as much. The ammo for the rifle was around .40/round when I bought a full tin. I think there were 640 rounds in the tin. Sold those for .79/round a few months later.

That's called turning a profit, and pretty damn smart of me if I might say so myself :)

"A WELL REGULATED MILITIA, BEING NECESSARY TO THE SECURITY OF A FREE STATE, THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED."

or put another way:

"The Second Amendment declares by implication that if the "MILITIA" is not "WELL REGULATED" by "PEOPLE" keeping and bearing arms, the "MILITIA" becomes a threat to the "SECURITY OF A FREE STATE."

The "MILITIA" has no "RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS" in the Second Amendment, rather it is only "THE RIGHT OF THE ""PEOPLE"" TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS (that) SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED."

Guess I'm one of that number as I have a Kimber Tactical Custom II .45 on order.

You lead-heads go ahead and spend all your money on guns and ammo-all you're doing is driving up prices.

The Gun Manufacturers and the NRA are laughing at you....

So am I for that matter......

But I thought Obama banned all guns!

Wow! Another one of the wing ding "revelations" that was spot on!

No one said he banned all guns.

People are worried that he, his justice department, his chief of staff and the Democrat controlled congress will enact legislation to ban gun deemed as 'scarey'.

Rightly so, since the last time a Democrat held the Presidency and both houses of Congress...they passed little gems like the Brady Handgun bill and the Assault Weapons ban which didn't really ban assault weapons, only cosmetic changes.

By former U.S. law, the legal term assault weapon included certain specific semi-automatic firearm models by name (e.g., Colt AR-15, TEC-9, all non-automatic AK-47s, and Uzis) and other semi-automatic firearms because they possess a minimum set of features from the following list of features:
A semi-automatic AK-47 rifle.
An Intratec TEC-DC9 with 32-round magazine; a semi-automatic pistol formerly classified as an Assault Weapon under Federal Law.

Semi-automatic rifles able to accept detachable magazines and two or more of the following:

* Folding or telescoping stock
* Pistol grip
* Bayonet mount
* Flash suppressor, or threaded barrel designed to accommodate one
* Grenade launcher (more precisely, a muzzle device which enables the launching or firing of rifle grenades)

Semi-automatic pistols with detachable magazines and two or more of the following:

* Magazine that attaches outside the pistol grip
* Threaded barrel to attach barrel extender, flash suppressor, handgrip, or suppressor
* Barrel shroud that can be used as a hand-hold
* Unloaded weight of 50 oz (1.4 kg) or more
* A semi-automatic version of an automatic firearm

Semi-automatic shotguns with two or more of the following:

* Folding or telescoping stock
* Pistol grip
* Fixed capacity of more than 5 rounds
* Detachable magazine

Semi-automatic shotguns with two or more of the following:

* Folding or telescoping stock
* Pistol grip
* Fixed capacity of more than 5 rounds
* Detachable magazine

When the zombies come, those liberal fucks will be the death of us all.

The purpose of our Constitution is to limit the powers of our government, and it's the sworn duty of the president to protect our Constitution. Remember this quote when you see our Constitution threatened. This sort of thing has happened before.

Remember this quote when you see our Constitution threatened.

Funny how Bushapologists are all of a sudden concerned about the Constitution now.

And how the Obama-mammas aren't.

Indeed.

And how the Obama-mammas aren't.

Also, indeed.

When the zombies come, those liberal fucks will be the death of us all.

Those things are no longer banned, federally, since the ban expired. The current AG wouldn't mind making that ban permanent though.

My Zombie plan includes a medium weight machete and old steel belted tires recycled into body armor.

Left 4 Dead taught me that molotovs are the way to go.
