Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs
Sunday, November 15, 2009

Outraged New Yorkers said yesterday that admitted 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed and four other terrorists deserve to be put to death -- and some even volunteered for the job.

"Kill them without a trial. Just a bullet in the head and say goodbye. Why waste taxpayer money?" said Thomas Pland, 70, a truck driver from Astoria, Queens.

"If they want me to do it," he added, "I will."

Why those racist and bigoted NY'ers....

I oughta....

You oughta quit the retort and fade off into oblivion aka Niceville Fla

Thanks for making My point about the Death Penalty The Chapel. It's never ever about justice it's about vengence. Pure and simple vengence.

Larry

This is a true story with my hand up;

I went to lunch friday with 7 guys from work. Everyone except me and one other guy were middle level managers.

Some of the ideas that came out of the lunch were;

1) we should blow up all the mosques in the US,
2) make homosexuality illegal,
3) kill all the niggers (their words not mine),
4) make it illegal to have any other religion except christianity...
5) W was a great president.

I may have harmed myself but I couldn't take it anymore and I snapped and told them they were all completely psychotic (my words) and part of the destruction of this country. That they should be deported back to the nazi place from whence they came.

They probably won't invite me to lunch anymore.

Larry-sometimes a fine line eh?

Is there not justice in vengeance here?

After all 3000 were killed that day.

...bring to justice, to cause to come before a court for trial or to receive punishment for one's misdeeds: The murderer was brought to justice.

vengeance (vnjns)
n.
Infliction of punishment in return for a wrong committed; retribution.

vengeance - the act of taking revenge (harming someone in retaliation for something harmful that they have done) especially in the next life; "Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord"--Romans 12:19; "For vengeance I would do nothing. This nation is too great to look for mere revenge"--James Garfield; "he swore vengeance on the man who betrayed him"; "the swiftness of divine retribution"

"They probably won't invite me to lunch anymore."

My sympathies. I had to tell the right wing tool who loved to argue with me about politics that our discussions are over and that no political discussion at all will be tolerated because that is the position of the management and I need my job. It's uncomfortable around the tools but fortunately I have skills they don't and my job is relatively secure. They know how I feel and they know I laugh at them but now they don't have an opportunity to start their yelling and foaming at the mouth which, I notice, the righties seem prone to do.

What until these terorists get set free because they were arrested and evidence was not gathered using the law enforcement procedures that our courts expect.

That will be Obama's real FUCK YOU to New York.

Columbia Prof Punches Woman

Saddest story I can think of in regards to this scenario and it's 100% factual. In October of 2005 I moved back to Texas. I was in my office on teh second day of being in town when two of my female co-workers(both in their 50's) belted out, is he hitting her? I went to the window they were looking out of and out on I-10 on the exit ramp were a couple engaged in a fight. From what I could see, there was a man hitting a woman repeatedly in the face. As I ran out the door and down four flights of stairs I wondered if anyone had called police. I ran by the security desk in my building and told them call teh police and flew outta teh door. I got to the man and he was still wailing away on her(she had been getting punched for at least 30 seconds), I grabbed him by his neck and yanked him out of the car. He immediately turned aqround and swung on me. I hit the guy three times, the first put him on his back, the second left his front tooth in my right index finger and the third turned out his lights. No sooner than he hit the ground than I was tackled from behind by two police officers. They cuffed me and slammed me into their vehicle, that is when security from my front desk arrived. He told them what I did (the woman spoke no english)and they let me go. When I got bavck into my office the first thing outta the mouths in there was, "that is a good way to get killed". I responded with, "how would you feel if you sat and watched that woman beat to death, it's a cause I would lose my life over"! Somew people just need a good ass whooping!!

the story might have had been believable if he had left the part out about middle level managers.

It is quite an illustration to the level of class envy folks like Lip suffer from.

We gonna hang them varmints just as soon as we give em a fair trial!

A little checkup on this story. My boss asked me if I wanted to go to lunch with them today. Maybe, like all wing-nuts, they know they are fucked-up deep down inside and really enjoy hearing someone speak the unvarnished truth.

It gives them hope that maybe everyone in the world is not full of hate and stupidity.

"JIM LEHRER: Who did you consult while making this decision?

ERIC HOLDER: I talked to the prosecutors in the Justice Department, prosecutors from the Department of Defense, people on the staff here at the Justice Department, people at Defense, a whole variety of people, who shared ideas, thoughts, gave cautionary ideas as well, and, using all of that, came up with the decision that we announced just earlier today.

JIM LEHRER: Did you run it by President Obama?

ERIC HOLDER: Just informed him of the decision.

He's a person who believes that a president's supposed to have hands off with his Justice Department. He's a good lawyer. And there are times when I would like to involve him maybe a little more, but his view is that, in those things that are in the province of the attorney general, all he needs to be is informed.

JIM LEHRER: So, you just told him what your decision was; you didn't say, "What do you think about it, Mr. President?"

ERIC HOLDER: Nope. Told him last night -- or had relayed to him what I was going to do last night while he was on Air Force One on his way to Asia.

JIM LEHRER: Did you talk to anybody outside the government?

ERIC HOLDER: I talked to my wife...

JIM LEHRER: Yes? OK.

ERIC HOLDER: ... about what she thought. And I actually talked to my brother, who's a retired Port Authority police officer who served...

JIM LEHRER: Oh, is that right? Yes.

ERIC HOLDER: ... in New York, New Jersey, and who lost friends and colleagues on 9/11 in the towers, and talked to them about what -- was it appropriate to bring it in New York, the symbolic significance of it, the possibility of getting a good and fair detached jury."

The decision to try these assholes in NY is strictly political.

Wait till everyone gets to hear the evidence of the incompetence of Bush/Cheney.

Wait till the details of their treatment by the US GOVERNMENT comes out. (you know the same government that says you are innocent until proven guilty).

Wait till the verdict comes down...Not Guilty due to lack of evidence. I can't wait.

Of course there are people out there that would gladly throw our legal system under the bus in order to maintain their illusions.
