You're only paying attention to Larry when he says something you disagree with if you really believe that. Larry has big problems with the President, just not the same problems that you have.

The article doesn't say who is responsible for the over count of jobs saved or how that happened. And it definitely does not show a link to the President directing anyone to do so.

That said, the idea of "jobs saved" is a tricky thing to demonstrate even with the best of intentions.

True. But that hasn't prevented this administration from parroting the false-claims. They certainly haven't bothered to fact-check in the manner that a couple of media outlets have done (kudos to them) and thus they DO bear some responsibility for hyping numbers that are clearly false.

The administration has to accept the numbers that are reported as legitimate until they have reason to suspect otherwise. Reporters have to take the opposite approach, its their job.

I don't think this is the President's fault, but, like so many other things, it is his problem.
