Larry talks politics, Prey is just a "prey-er" on everyone. A valid question was raised. The gov, even despite a whole litany of flaws, I seriously doubt he'd make that up. As the governor, he likely had direct access to sources. Apparently he forgot to double-check his speech with other speakers.
