Here is my plan: Pay people to either tie their tubes or get a vasectomy. If they change their mind and want to reverse (I think it is reversible depending on how they do it), they have to give the money back, with interest.

Save money and have the DEATH PANELS sterilize conservative voters at the polling places. It will save money by reducing the need to euthanize the future litters of Rtards.

I think any form of government assistance should only come with a norplant and drug test. There is no reason that we should be paying people incapable of taking care of themselves to reproduce. I am strongly against illegal immigration but I have 1000x more respect for a Mexican sneaking across the border to provide for his family than I do for a welfare mom that refuses to better herself.
