We just had a couple of windowcleaners here at the office. The were here for about 2 hours.

One was a middle aged hispanic guy that spoke pretty good english.

The other was an older redneck.

The redneck stood around the entire time and talked about how hard this particular job was and explained why we shouldn't expect a good job because the 'glass was etched and the stains won't come out'.

The hispanic guy worked every minute they were here. I saw the redneck pick up a squeege for about 5 minutes total. I don't recall seeing the hispanic guy stop working the whole time they were here.

They charged us for 4 hours. They should have charged for 2 hours and 5 minutes.
