If the public option becomes a reality and it is offering comparable coverage to private insurance but is 10-15% cheaper, would you be pissed off if your state opted out?

Keep in mind that any public option health insurance will likely be offered and managed by Red Cross or some other traditional insurance company similar to the way Medicare is managed today.

The only difference would be a persumably significant cost savings to you.

Actually, yes. I have a very good female friend whom I've known for 30 years. Our relationship had always been platonic. My hair is the exact opposite. It goes straight and loses mostly all of it's curl whenever it's humid outside. LOL it's a frigid 55F here. I tried to get out of bed and stretch my legs outside, but it was too painful, especially with this frigid weather.

Too painful? Did you already have the hernia operation you wrote about in your post the other day? If so, sure hope you're doing okay. Thank God for laptops, huh? lol Seriously, though, if that's why it's too painful to get out of bed be sure you don't push yourself. Just stay in bed and get some rest.

Oh, and make sure you feed your troll fan club. If you had your operation then (for a few days anyway) you're a homebound prisoner and I'm sure they'll be happy to keep you occupied.

I had it a few days ago. This time I opted for the endoscopic version vs the huge gash-in-my-groin-version like I did last time. It is not near as bad.

Endoscopic surgery is much less invasive. Wise choice. But you may as well milk your recovery time for all it's worth and let everyone baby you for a few days. lol

That is true, but last time when I opted for the other my doctor told me that it had a higher rate of failure. I confirmed that on the internet. Plus, he as an older guy who said he preferred not to do it, WHOA! That was all I needed to hear.

But it hurt like a mother fucker. I'm not near as badly off this time. Maybe the drugs are better.

A BLACK panther sighted in northeast France several weeks ago, and last seen in Belgium in September, was possibly spotted in neighbouring Luxembourg over the weekend, police said today.
