An Iranian Baloch group with Sunni overtones; suspected of Al-Qaeda connections carried out a suicide bombing in Iran. This attacke killed the local commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corp, as well as local tribal leaders. The group Jundullah only attacks in Iranian Balochistan. It is suspiciously inactive in Pakistani Balochistan where a sporadic insurgency waxes and wanes. Inactivity in aiding Pakistani Baloch, as well as its Sunni overtones (as opposed to Pakistani Baloch's consistent secularism) leads observers to suspect that Abdolmalek Rigi's Jundullah has connections with US Department of Defence forces in Afghanistan.
He and his group remain unmolested in Afghanistan, and do not remain in Pakistani Balochistan.

"Obama administration that took days before voicing lukewarm support for the Iranian people under the thumb of a tyrannical theocracy, took mere minutes to condemn a bombing that killed the military wing of that same dictatorship. Obama's every impulse is hostile to liberty."

The above is an up date from an article titled:

"Is Barack Obama anti-American?"

www.bookwormroom.com

Wow; kbm, talk about gullible.

What, would Obama come out and say, "Great Job Jundullah, kill more Iranians!"?

Are you guys even capable of comprehending bog-standard sneakiness. Obama in foregn affairs has been nothing, if not sneaky. He sneakily got Pakistan to clean out at least its own Taliban, whilst looking for an opportunity to land troops inside the country.

I think if his Jundullah pets ran amok in Iran, he'ld have the sense not to whoop publicly about it.

KBM, are you celebrating this terrorist attack against some upper-managment Iranians?

KBM-
re: your post, "Obama administration that took days before voicing lukewarm support for the Iranian people..."

What effect would a strong and publicly expressed effort by the US to align itself with the movement in Iran have had in Iran? How would it have been used by the gov't? Would it have helped or hurt the movement?

Do you care?

Has anyone claimed responsibility for that awful Canadian car bomb yet? I am really upset and disgusted by that disaster. We simply have to respond in the strongest military terms possible to that.

Oh. I mean the Canadian car bomb they called the "Bricklin."

......wish I had a Bricklin.......

I have to admit up front-I didn't like the Bricklin either-(One of the reasons I didn't waste the money on one)-but-it died an ignominious death-as it so richly deserved.
I don't blame Canada for that-just the idiots that thought it'd be a good business model. That said....

Tell ya wot...
You and your rednecked buddies go ahead and invade Canada.
Just leave the US Gov. out of it...MMMMkay?

I'd love to read about you getting your asses handed to you by the Canadian Military-then you guys having to spend time in prison up there for your troubles.....
Not only would I laugh my ass off-I'd probably spend months chuckling about, every time I thought about it.
Oh! That's right....you want someone to do it FOR you-while you watch and cheer on the sidelines...my bad.

The CNN headline mentioned Iran's claim's of US involvement, but didn't supply their rationale or the history that supports their claim of US ties to the Jundullah terror group.

More history:

"The CIA has denied any direct ties with the group, but U.S. officials tell ABC News U.S. intelligence officers frequently meet and advise Jundullah leaders"
Pakistan May Turn Over US Spies

Jul '09
"A senior member of the Jundullah terrorist group says that the group has been trained and financed by "the US and Zionists". Abdolhamid Rigi, the brother of Jundullah leader Abdolmalek Rigi made the remarks in a court session held in the southeastern city of Zahedan on Wednesday. Citing the defendant's confessions, the court's judge said that after the extradition of Abdolhamid, foreign intelligence agencies had incited Jundullah members to step up their terrorist attacks in Iran including hostage takings to put pressure on Iran to release Abdolhamid."

We forgot the Iran Pakistan Pipeline.

We like the Iran Pakistan Pipeline.

Uncle Sam Doesn't like the Iran Pakistan Pipeline.

Jundullah doesn't like Iran.

So they obviously won't like the Iran Pakistan pipeline.

So them causing trouble, diverts atttention from the Iran Pakistan Pipeline to the Turkmenistan Afghanistan Pakistan (T.A.P) Pipeline. But the T.A.P pipeline doesn't run because security is screwy in Afghanistan.

People who fail to see T.A.P not come to fruition might turn a blind eye to people wh much around Iran Pakistan Pipeline.
