I stand by my post #2. It doesn't take a village but it takes a mother and father bonding and training a child for that child to become a normal functioning human being.

Maybe it's wrong of Me but I blame the parents NOT. Some times You do the best You know how towards and for Your kids and they still turn out bad/have problems. A parent can't police their kids 24/7.
