Folks--do you realize that there are probably 80% or more contracts that contain "Arbitration Clauses" in which to settle any kind of dispute, claim, loss, etc?

This is for gov't and private sector companies.

Arbitration is a full hearing with attorneys and an arbitrator (Judge), witnesses, any kind of legal evidence, etc.

The only thing lacking is a jury.

She gets her day in 'court'.

Much easier to claim discrimination than rape. Rape requires proof of some sort... but discrimination might be "proven" by counting the number of women in leadership roles and then assigning the company guilt.

I would support a woman who was raped having a chance to bring charges in court and, if the guy (or girl?) is convicted, having them do time in jail. I am less supportive of allowing the charge of discrimination against a boss or business forcing a company to spend months or years defending changes that don't have to be proven, only suspected.
