This isn't the first HIV vaccine to be developed, but it is the first somewhat effective one.

If it is used in a larger population, it will be interesting to see how it effects the evolution of HIV.

What my point is if God is all powerful and all knowing, and you believe that he allowed aids to punish people, wouldn't he logically be promoting this 'vaccine' by allowing it to be created?
