New Jersey town caught growing marijuana on High Street

Millville, New Jersey ... a quiet town of about 27,000 residents and about an hour's drive from Atlantic City.

Two plants, which appeared to be of the cannabis persuasion, were found growing in one of the city-owned hanging flower baskets by a person strolling along the city's Glasstown Arts District.

The basket that held the plants was, fittingly, located on High Street.

I just rode my bike through there about a month ago and made a joke about "High" street. I guess I knew more than I thought.

You ain't gonna believe this, but I once saw a street sign for Hemp Road, think it was in PA.

A search for High St comes up with 10-4 of them in-Ohio of all places....
