I did before but I worked domestically only and usually it was a weekend gig to supplement my income. I know one of the guys I worked with was planning on transferring positions to Kosovo because the overseas guys made a pretty good salary.

Enlisted in the united states army Jan 7 1999 3 days before my birthday attending basic training in Fort Sill Oklahoma.

Attended Military intelligence school Fort Huachuca Arizona March of O9 Graduated with honors and recieved medical release for Airborne School

Attending a 4 week Airborne course fort benning GA 501st parachute infantry regiment.

Upon completion transitioned to Fort Bragg NC in my first unit as a soldier at 313th MI BN 82nd ABN Div Under the command of CPT Schmidt a west point grad. (if you research 313 is currently disbanded).
I went to several schools here. From Air Asssault, EMT, S.E.R.E., PLDC or primary leadership development course where upon completion I was promoted to Sergeant.
It was this unit I was deployed to Afghanistan with my Alpha Company brothers and Sisters we where in Operation Anoconda of March 2002. It was not to long after that Orders were cut for me to report to 102nd MI BN 2nd Inf DV in Uijongbu Korea for a brief stay under the Command of Cpt Allmacher. I conducted one rotation in south koreas war torn DMZ conduction Voice Interception.

My re enlistemnt came up and I wanted back in the Airborne. My only slot was the 173rd Airborne BDE. Vicenza Italy
I was there in May of 2003 and hit the ground running and I mean running. I was there for only 1 week and I was boarding an aircraft for Kirkuk Iraq. I recieved a team and we did everything and I mean everything there because the northern province in Kirkuk was undermanned and we even had to pick up the slack from the private sectors. We were doing Civil Affairs interviews with village elders, My team was in charge of internal and external securities at the government buildings of Dibis Iraq while still doing our Voice Interception jobs and aiding our TAC HUMINT counterparts.

We intercepted the chatter so we were always the ones to throw out the bullshit flag and review everything they said on tape. Like Chris Hanson to catch a predator but it was To catch a Terrorist.

We were back in Italy by ST Patricks day 04. My free time was always spent on the slopes. FRom Saas Fe Switzerland, St Anton in Innsbruck austria, Obreggan Germany, and Cortina Italy.

Our commander held up to his word when he said "Dont get too comfortable" We were in Kandahar afghanistan by 05 the creds on that deployment I've already posted. I wont even begin to talk about the brave men out there that payed the ultimate sacrifice because I dont even expect you to understand. I don't think you will ever understand how this administrations OPSEC has compromised Counter Intelligence and TAC HUMMINT info gathering. The harsh tactics were wrong I never said they were wright. Actually Tosser, the US military's archetype for what they would want to recruit would be a man like zombiehunter right now, or whatever the goatster was 25/30 years ago. In recent years - the standard for recruitment has really really dropped. Its to the point where they would gladly pick up the average Indian bootiyay recruit.

Boaz yes I am well aware that PLDC is now a Warrior Leaders Course for the extension of a class in reference to the Warrior Ethos. I'm sorry you didn't have the opportunity to achieve medical training beyhond CLS. Its a civilian operated course and I was granted the class from winning my units soldier of the month board many moons ago in 2000. Yes I did say 4 weeks because I was in the course in July where the heat cat made 5 look like a cool fall breeze. This of course was back when we had to run in our BDU's (now ACU's). Our ground week was typical.. Alot of cadets in the summer so you do push ups and flutter kicks alot more than an all active duty group. And to top it off Our Jump week was extended because of high winds on the DZ JUMPERS HIT IT!!! I still get people in the civilian world jumping into a prepare to land attitude.. Just wait till you get out... What unit are you in??? I've got some Boys who are intel analysts still with the 173rd who are still there..

When I was in Bragg our unit was right beside the Cherry shack on the corner of Ardenes and Los Banos I sure hope they tore that shit building down. They should of because it was in the works by 04 I think.

Where at in Afghanistan??? I've Been pretty much everywhere from Balo, to Tarin Kowt, kandahar, all over the shamulzai province. In Balo (not for sure if my haji lingo is spelled correctly) we had to climb those two mountains there every morning to collect our daily chatter... Being an Intel puke is harder than you think.. All that gear does not ruck itself..
