Sounds like you have your workcut out for you Chris.
Sorry about the sibling problem. When my mom passed away my brothers and I didn't care about the money. When we went through her belongings it was more like "here, you take this you've always liked it" or " here...mom would have wanted you to have this". I laughed at the woman I spoke with at probate when she asked if I had siblings and when I said yes, she told me to get a lawyer. Lol...she didn't know us!!
So I really feel for you!
I hope everything goes smoothly.
I don't believe I was posting much at the time, but I am really sorry for your loss. I think what you did for your mom was a beautiful thing, Chris. A lot of children would have dumped their parents in an elderly home. As hard as it was at times I'm sure, you are Blessed with memories that others have missed out on.
Bless your heart!
Now back to locations. Just figure out what it is you really enjoy and follow your heart.
It took me awhile to figure out that it's the mountains I really love and am so happy living in them. However driving down the winding, steep mountain roads in snow and ice at 5 mph isn't a whole lot of fun!!!
Lol
I wouldn't want to live anywhere else though!
Good luck finding your home!!
