Dammit. Shoulda been Hugh Hewitt.

This is right on time.

Did you see the hit-piece attacking Michael Vick
on "60 minutes"? Oh my stars - simply atrocious!

Be Well.

Responsible for destroying more lives than Satan, Don Hewitt passes through the gates of hell to a hero's welcome.

Dammit, once again another reminder that i am getting older too. fuck.

i sorta doubt the 'going to hell' bit. He's just a slub, doing his job. did it rather well too.

I don't know Mr Hewitt, but from what I hear, he was profane, creative and kinda kooky. That's normally the kind of people i like. Creative people always go straight to heaven.

Riiiiiiiiiiiight. And the 73 Emmy Awards, 13 DuPont/Columbia University Awards and 9 Peabody Awards prove that.

I've got one. And I'm man enough that I don't have to hide behind multiple handles when I live it, pussy

60 minutes has delivered news no one else would touch. A crack news team, but still bound by Corporate rules.

They did a story on Cheney's role in Enron's failed Indian Power Project. At the very least real and implied threats from a former Defense Seceretary sealed the deal, with bribes thrown in for good measure. They failed to mention all the women and children killed during rate hike protests or that Clinton provided Enron Government Loan Guarantees. The Corporate lesson learned is there just aren't many targets as profitable as middle America. Indians could not pay quadrupled rates, the project failed and taxpayers took it in the ass.

Is there a pattern here or what? We are in the middle of a decline of the largest Military Empire ever. Those with connections to power are looting the remains. Be part of the crime or join the decline. Is that all their is?

Hey! You want an award? Then pay lots and lots of money to the media publicists and propagandists and you'll get you're lousy, stinking, fucking award!!!
