So... you are saying he should turn over the password even though Federal Law says the County Managers shouldn't have access to the info?

Even though Federal Law says that if they are put in charge as they want, the valuable resource of access to the National Criminal Information Center and the Arizona Criminal Justice Information System?

Sounds like those systems might be something pretty valuable to their county.

Sheriff Joe is a classic authoritarian.

He keeps getting reelected because he loves animals and hates brown people.

It's a good thing he apparently has no illusions of grandeur or he would be leading the Republican party.
