I think I love Ron Paul...lol

Truth and LF are going to hate to hear him talk about med mal lawsuits.

if you are refering to me Murph, sorry to disapoibnt but, I agree with Ron Paul. His take on this is a prudent and common sense approach.

Imagine that, patients having rights, radical concept, as opposed to bean counters (corporate or government) deciding whether a procedure is worth the money to be spent.

And he is right about the word "insurance." Imagine if car insurance covered oil changes and even gas tank fill ups? Gasoline would be worth $30 per gallon and oil changes would cost $300 and you would have to fill out forms in triplicate every time you did an oil change.

Insurace should cover castastrophic events only. The rest cand be handled by Medical Savings Accounts and tax credits as Ron Paul said.

You got to remember, it is not just Ron Paul, it is "looney" Ron Paul, or "Long shot" Ron Paul, or "crazy" Ron Paul.

Not looking too crazy now. Also not looking too crazy when everyone was asking about the FED and the recession/depression.

I liked him from the beginning, still like the guy. I think something would have gotten accomplished, or atleast attempted to be accomplished if he got elected.

or atleast attempted to be accomplished if he got elected.

That's why I voted...

Ron Paul is a truly great independent voice. He riminds me a lot of Goldwater, whose presidential campaign failed but whose influence over the longrun was remarkable.

"He riminds me a lot of Goldwater, whose presidential campaign failed but whose influence over the longrun was remarkable."s

the elites made Romney drop out thus giving the nomination to Mc Cain...they were terrified of Paul's messages!

I think that if we had Ron Paul go against Barack or Hillary, he would have made a fool out of both of them in an unbiased, intellegent, willing to think audience setting.

Do you remember how they treated him at the republican debates? They acted like he was crazy. Of Course the things he said scared them. Bringing up the coming financial collapse that they all denied was coming. Problems with Medicare, the FED and the deficit. You know, crazy stuff like that.LOL
