The point of discussion has less to do with anatomy than the specious argument that the american male is somehow in danger, under attack or even as many say, emasculated. I look at pretty much any sphere of power in the western world and the powers that be are males. I find it hard to give any credence to the "we're under attack" crowd when you take a close look at the facts. Things are changing, but the facts remain obvious in terms of dominant sex.

The fact that courts have not struck down VAWA, for example, on grounds that it is unconstitutional doesn't make the law constitutional. We have a system of might makes right in this country.
