E.J. Dionne Jr.: It was not the soaring rhetoric that is Barack Obama's signature, but he recently offered the sound bite that may define his presidency: "Don't bet against us."

Umm no Gimme I moved to Texas because I got a good job here. Secondly it was close to the border.

Wouldn't it have been easier to move to Morelia or something and have that 10 peso concha conveniently right next door?

Don't worry Jackass, with Obama's policies you hay not have that job for long - unless you're working for the government. Maybe you can become a songwriter, and do it regional style. How about a song about "Sucking on the welfare teat?" It's waiting for you as the private economy dries up. Do you think you'll be exempt?

brotha's gonna roll a 6,8 & 9 before he craps out!

Americans are sheep and the "One" will lead them down a certain path of destruction. That is if they aren't too afraid to speak up.

WTFUA

Good thing Barack 'Ace' Rothstein wasn't talking about the unemployment rate.

I'm looking forward through the next few election cycles. I think Senior Dems will be voted out in droves. Few incumbent republicans made it through the last couple, and it will soon be the dem's turn.

This recession is a good thing and should not be bandaged over like the establishment is trying damn hard to do.

Because, being a community organizer never required significant math skills.

I came across this rhyme recited by little children.

Handschen falten, kopfchen senken,
Und an Barack Obama denken.

The name Adolf Hitler was there previously when Adolph Hitler advanced his "cult of the personality." Those folk couldn't find enough reasons to praise him.

Oh, a translation.

Fold your little hands, lower your little head,
And think of Barack Obama.

This mindless obeisance that disregards the reality of Obama's shortcomings and failures is so cultish. Where will it lead?

His policies border on the insane in that there is no prospect of them accomplishing what purportedly is sought. But it is not his insanity that is so remarkable. It is that of those who follow him without recognizing the insanity as if there were a prospect of success.

Obama is an indoctrinated Marxist. Obama is an inculcated racist who adopted as his mentor Rev. Wright, an outright hater of America, "God damn America," hater of whites, and hater of Jews, and was indoctrinated with that thinking for two decades. And Obama has neurological problems, is a narcissist, a sociopath, and a self-medicating ambulatory schizophrenia. He also throws a baseball like a girl. By the way, he's also a crooked and corrupt politician but that goes with the narcissism and sociopathy. But aside from those shortcomings, he's alright. Not the brightest, but alright. With Obama's street agitator mentality, one critical step is omitted. He wants to distribute goods and services "evenly," while insitituting measures thst reduce the amount of goods and services available, and there is a descending spiral as capital is misused. We'll end up impoverished. Even you folks on the receiving end of the largess. Half of nothing is nothing.

Again though, come let us venerate him.

Handschen falten, kopfchen senken,
Und an Barack Obama denken.

Obama's gonna change 'em
Obama's gonna change 'em
Gonna CHAAAAANGE 'emmmmmmmmm!

E. J. Dionne is just another Washington Post sycophant that extolls the messiah's virtues by catchey phrases--"don't bet against us". Wow. No mention of the messiah's disastrous attacks against our financial system, the auto industry, now the health care industry, and trying to cripple our electric and petroleum based power structure. Duh. I plan to bet against the marxists, the eco-nazis, and the radical code pink left in 2010 and do everything I can with time and money to defeat those 219 doofs that voted for the Cap and Tax bill in the House. I'm mad as hell at the attempts to overthrow this country and I plan to vote early and often, just like the Acorn thugs....

Jackass supports Obama's policies of profit for drug companies and Goldman Sachs. Standard, typical democratic voter.

He seems to be arrogant enough to be a one term president. Many are getting tired of his world tour apoligies too.

Obama's poll numbers going steadily down.

If Obama fails, the country succeeds.

Americans are waking up, hung over, and realizing they're waking up next to a pig.

'Barry Boy Wonder' is beginning to wear thin... losing all credibility rapidly... too many 'spin changes' and his 'directional sense' is like a spinning vane, not knowing which way to walk.. as we are beginning to see the real package, it is shallow, naive and a major sideshow of arrogance and narcisstic actions...

this guy makes Palin and Bush look real good..!!!!

Again, some reality for the righties:

Indeed, the leader of the health insurance lobby has sent lawmakers a message: Be careful what you change, because "77 percent of Americans are satisfied with their existing health insurance coverage."

Karen Ignagni, president of America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), invoked the statistic to argue against the creation of a government-run health insurance option. But the polls aren't that simple, and her assertion reveals how the industry's effort to defend its turf has led it to cherry-pick the facts.

The poll Ignagni was citing actually undercuts her position: By 72 to 20 percent, Americans favor the creation of a public health insurance plan, the June survey by the New York Times and CBS News found. People also said they thought government would do a better job than private insurers of holding down health-care costs and providing medical coverage.

In addition, data from a Kaiser Family Foundation poll last year, which were compiled at the request of The Washington Post, suggest that the people who like their health plans the most are the people who use them the least.

Damn. It is great not to use your insurance. Any insurance. Means you are healthy and sick people don't like anything very much.
