If you were suggesting that all service jobs pay low because one sandwich maker with an obvious mental deficiency quit his job, I'd say you need a larger sample size.

If you were trying to say that sandwich makers deserve to make more than they do, I'd ask why the rest of the sandwich makers haven't done what this guy did.
