Yeah, backstabber works just fine, and in a group/social/political context, there's turncoat. But I rather like frenemy. Never heard it before yesterday, but I like it.

Oh, and unfuckinbelievable is not a new word--that insertion is called infixing. The type of construct is already addressed in our current language--it doesn't need a new word.
