It's a regular Plague I tell ya....

This is impressive:

On December 18, 1938, Malden married Mona Greenberg, who survives him. Their marriage was one of the longest in Hollywood's history

Actress Mollie Sugden dies at 86

The TV star, best known for playing Mrs Slocombe in long-running BBC sitcom Are You Being Served?, died at the Royal Surrey Hospital after a long illness.

He married at 15?

So was he on the death watch thread a few days ago? If so, who predicted him?

Ok, now I REALLY thought he died 10 years ago.

Mrs. Slocombe? Shit.

"Do me a favor. Go to my front door and look through the letter box. If you see my pussy, drop a sardine on the mat."

I am going to stoke my local pussy tonight in her honour!

I hope Karl didn't leave home without it.

Ok, now I REALLY thought he died 10 years ago.

You're thinking of that other guy with the big alcoholic nose.

I guess I am confusing his death with an appearence on West Wing. My mistake.......

So much for death in 3s...

He was from Gary, Indiana. Wasn't some other big star who died recently from there?

Hmmm.

My bad. Skimming, I saw "dies at 86" in post #3 and assumed it was him and based my math on that.

Where is the death notice for yesterday? Gotta have one a day.

WC Fields?
Jimmy Durante?

I was just trying to describe this guy to my wife and I ended up giving about a 5 minute dissertation on the structural aspects of his nose.

It kinda looked like one of those dinner rolls that has three wedges. Of course his nose is not that big, they are like 4 inches across. His nose was only three inches across.

WC Fields?
Jimmy Durante?

No, but he had a nose like that. I've been trying to think of his name since I did that last post. It escapes me. He was a B movie actor and I remember seeing him on some TV shows when I was a kid.

I'll think of it. . .

RIP, Karl. Thanks.

Keith Richards is still alive.
