A hard-hitting piece on Sarah Palin in the new Vanity Fair has sparked a public fight among high-profile Republicans who advised her campaign, revealing for the first time some of the internal wars that paralyzed the campaign in its final days.

paul ryan in 2012~!

What a hoot. Schmidt's going after Kristol like McCain went after the Forrestal.

I'm a Republican, I like Sarah Palin, and I'm not enraged at Vanity Fair. From reading William Kristol's column, neither is he.

He just points out the double standard that the press has in reporting on Palin. And that's neither a secret nor unexpected.

So what's your point?

Used to be a Republican and I hated the Democratic party, now that I am Independant, they can both fuck off...

Used to be a Republican and I hated the Democratic party, now that I am Independant,

Yeah, you and aflac, both "Independents" who just happen to adore the NOP.

Oh boo-fuckin'-hoo!
"Nobody likes St. Sarush"!!!

Waaaahhh!!!

Shit if you think this is bad, go watch the pituitary retards slash at each other's throats in the Palin Flag Tread.

"""He just points out the double standard that the press has in reporting on Palin. And that's neither a secret nor unexpected. """

A "double standard" is the only line of defense left for an obvious rube and moron such as palin...and the lemmings are in such dire need of a leader, any leader, they gobble it up like ice cream on a hot day.

Why is the woman even relevant. She's lost a national election. It's like the media wants her to run in 2012. It's like Obama will run unopposed.

Who's Paul Ryan?

Nolan Ryan would have a better chance.

Guess you missed the headline...

Kristol: Liberal Media and GOP Hacks vs. Palin

and...

" "All the while, Palin was coping not only with the crazed life of any national candidate on the road but also with the young children traveling with her. Some top aides worried about her mental state: was it possible that she was experiencing postpartum depression? (Palin's youngest son was less than six months old.)" In fact, one aide who raised this possibility in the course of trashing Palin's mental state to others in the McCain-Palin campaign was Steve Schmidt."

A little more than the big bad media double standard.

What a joke the GOP is. The only thing funnier are those who continue to support this group of incompetent hacks.

Oh, these Libruuul McCain staffers are Just in Love with sasquatch palin..

Sincerely

the DR Wingdings --- Just Yesterday

I'm surprised any of these people is going on the record. If they plan to work on future presidential campaigns, it's bad form to air the dirty laundry. They remind me of the Democratic consultants like Bob Shrum who lost elections and then proved afterwards with their conduct that they deserved to lose.

"I like Sarah Palin"

Well, you're only human.

Worst run campaign ever. Even if McCain / Palin weren't completely retarded and wrong on so much, they didn't have a chance.

to support this group of incompetent hacks.

Yeah, it's time to support the next group of incompetent hacks.

Politics is much more ruthless than any war or love affair. Attacking Palin's children in anything goes modern politics is effective. Even late night comics got in on that fun.

Gotta run, I have to take a Letterman and a Democrap.

I do have patience with retarded whores like yourself LOD.

It's what God would want me to do.

Retarded whores are the only way Jerry can get laid so he has to have patience with them.

=D

Strange as it seems I still hear people singing Palin's praises. Go figure.

Please don't talk about Palin that way.

I'm not a huge Sarah Palin fan, so don't label me before considering the argument.

These imbecils are NOT McCain staffers, it's from the horse's mouth himself. McCain is such a COWARD, he is scared to speak up himself against Palin. Repubs are trying to tear down Palin, similar to the scared-stiff democrats, as she is not bought and paid Stooge for the elite crime syndicate.

It is SO great to see that the Moosefart is still the gift that keeps on giving!!!!

Jindal/Palin in 2012. I can't wait!!!!

The Vanity was a hit piece with NO citations or people quoted--all anomynous sources.

I thought The White Messiah was Jeebus?
Silly me.......

No Frank...he was a semite.

Say what you will about Sarah Palin. She will always be the "naughty librarian" of my dreams. The hairdo. The glasses. The shapely calves. Excuse me, gotta go.

OK. Let's just get it out in the open.

Who here thinks she shaves her pussy? If so, completely bald? A heart? A landing strip?

I don't think she does beyond the bikini line. Any body else?

What about her nipples? Are they the big pancake type (I hate those) or the pert little pencil eraser type that you can roll around in your fingers?

Bikini line, somewhere in the middle on the nipples.

Will someone please pass the popcorn...

OCU

"as she is not bought and paid Stooge for the elite crime syndicate."

Funny, she rigged Alaska's pipeline bid to fit only her biggest contributor.

maybe that was just a coincidence, though....

Are they the big pancake type

Silver dollars rock!

Bikini line, somewhere in the middle on the nipples.

I think the nips are about quarter size with just enough protrusion for finger fondling.

She frequently sounds like an idiot, but she has done more for Alaska's citizens than Shrub or Obama have ever done for American Citizens. This is omitted from most mass media info.

Guess you missed the headline...

Headlines don't mean shit. They are just hype so you will read on.

I have a pretty good ear and just don't "hear it" for Ms. Palin, What I DO hear is stifled giggles, and fervent muffled prayers that she is indeed around in 2012 to assure Our President another term. herm

What? Kristol wasn't "just point[ing] out the double standard...." This is about which Republican operative was feeding negative shit about Palin to the press during the campaign.

Do you even know how to read?

"And she has the good fortune to have traction within a political party that is bereft of strong leadership, and whose rank and file often demands qualities other than knowledge, experience, and an understanding that facts are, as John Adams said, stubborn things."

This from a GOP operative. Like I said, reality and the right are like vampires and garlic.
