The title is going to be transferred to the US government and the vehicle must be destroyed.

Sound good right?

There probably are good valid reasons that this program isn't all it could have been but the ridiculous reasons stated in this article are laughable.....gotta save all those classic cars....OMG!!! I'm still laughing.
