I've always been curious about why these People magazine buying crowd are so interested in poking their noses into other people's lives. I never have been able to figure this out and I thought maybe 726 could help explaln this bizarre phenomenom to me.

When you're a high profile public figure, like the governor of a state, and potential Presidential contender, disappearing from the face of the earth while your own staff either doesn't know where you are, or lies about where you are, and even your Lt. Governor has no idea where you are and when/if you're returning, that tends to rightfully generate public interest more so than if John Doe decides to take a hike to sunny Arhentina.

Whether he's having an affair, doing something weird or just a freak who runs away from his job, his national political career is over. There is no way this guy could ever be seriously considered for president, and I'm wondering how popular he will remain as a governor.

I'm beginning to think Sanford's telling the truth, and his story is weird because he's a guy who just flakes out from time to time.

This definitely ends his presidential consideration. Republicans aren't going to put their money behind someone who can't handle the red-hot pressure cooker of running South Carolina.

A guy that got assigned to my platoon was a little crazy. We thought it would be fun to take him out for beers and watch hell break loose.
On the way TO the bars, he jumps out of the back of the pick-up, starts fucking up this hooker, and then threw her down a hill (she was by a bridge/overpass). He jumped back in the pick-up like nothing happened.
The very next weekend we went to Chapel Hill and there was a large fight. He assaulted some police officers that were there to break it up.
