I have long past learned not to try and deal with fools (aka-any government worker) rather to find a way to get an attorney to handle them for me. Not surprisingly things seem to get straightened out with little or no problem. Being ready to go to court to get an injunction or at least a show cause (where applicable) or some such legal nonsense and just get done with things.
